"Please do your own research before booking at this hotel with regard to getting charged twice, it seems it is a common practice with several travelers sharing similar experiences. The rooms are very small, thin walls and probs the rudest small hotel owners I have encountered during my travels. I have been to 27+ countries in 18 months so lots of hotels stays from 5 star resorts to no stars! As always, the trip.com team was awesome and immediately refunded, grateful for their professionalism and that is why you should continue to use them - become a diamond/platinum tier member!"

"A simple, but quiet, well maintained and comfortable hotel. Well located in front of the station. Good breakfast. No restaurant but many restaurants nearby. Except Sunday where you find unfortunately only a quick restaurant. "

"Rooms are old and furniture rather oldschool style, the second sleeeping room very small, but on the other hand the kids were only sleeping there, so not much newsem. And you can find there all you need for a weekly visit like: kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toster, electric hop, fridge, plus different plates, pans, mugs, wine glases, curtlery, etc. On top of this a very nice sauna and outdoor pool that was an excellent experience after taking sauna:)"

"This hotel is a rip-off! We paid a fortune for the all inclusive package, but the food was terrible and barely eatable. The free bar was a joke, as they only offered cheap drinks and no service. We had to wait for ages to get a glass of water, let alone a cocktail. The worst part was when we found a rat in our room, running around and nibbling on our belongings. It was disgusting and frightening, especially for our baby who was sleeping in a cri We tried to contact the staff, but there was no one to help us. We spent the night awake and terrified, hoping the rat would not attack us. The next day, we checked out immediately and demanded a refund. The woman in the reception apologised and said they would compensate us if we kept quiet about the incident. But it was a lie, as we never received any money or communication from them. They ignored our calls and emails, and acted as if nothing happened. This hotel is a nightmare! Do not waste your money and time here! You will regret it!"
