"Breakfast recycled from previous days, homemade croissants and cakes not fresh, fruit with mold, very dated linens and mattress with urine stains, inexperienced owner... non-existent staff, only one handyman, no reception, never again."

"We booked a double room through *********** and were given a room that didn't even look like the one in the photos. It was small, had a strong musty smell, and the bathroom was tiny and dark. We asked to change rooms and were charged extra (it was 7 PM) for a room with a fireplace (which was obviously turned off). We had to call in the evening because there was no hot water, and the same thing happened in the morning. We were told the tank was empty and they replaced it. During the night, the water was cold, and we had trouble changing our 9-month-old baby. The double bed was uncomfortable, and the windows had a lot of drafts. Breakfast consisted of plum cake and tarts from the supermarket. Absolutely not worth the price we paid."

"Very quiet and peacefull place. Giovanni is very helpfull and nice.In the middle of all the interesting places, easy to go and come back. Beautifull view. Comfortable parking. Breakfast included. The pool is always open."
