The major reason is this hotel located at SFO (Airport). Instead of taking the shuttle to hotels, you can easily take the air-train from international terminal with 2 stops to arrive at Grand Hyatt Hotel in 5 minutes. So, you can have a good sleep at night and take your time in the morning for the next flight."

"The room was so dusty, there was a layer of dust on everything. I had to have the maid come in and wipe it down. There’s one escalator (not centrally located) for almost a thousand rooms, which turns into a really long walk when you need water or need to go outside. The lobby is fun to hang out in with a sports bar like atmosphere. I didn’t use the gym or pool but they looked nice. Overall, housekeeping needs to improve as having a layer of dust on a room that coats $250 is unacceptable. One bottle of water is also unacceptable."
