"All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! The Bevin House is the real deal. A beautifully restored home full of vintage furniture, stunning window treatments, and more importantly a most welcoming innkeeper Amanda. Amanda made us a homemade breakfast on the porch where we were joined by the owner, Dean. Amanda and Dean sat with us, filling us in on some of the history of the inn and stories of the animals meandering around the property. Honestly, there were so many things that were extra special about the Bevin House I can’t begin to list them all. I will mention it is located close to nearby attractions, such as the Goodspeed Opera House, Gillette Castle and Park and several quaint towns with cute shops and lovely little restaurants. When I’m in the area, I will never consider staying anywhere but there. If you are looking for a pleasant surprise, book the Bevin House!"
