"We left an electric toothbrush and a pair of AirPods Pro in the room. When we called the next day, they said they would return our call but never did. We had to follow up multiple times, and each time we were given an excuse—either the manager wasn’t available or the housekeeper had left. We are certain the items were left in the room, as we didn’t go anywhere else. They never found the items for us. The lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable."

"I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable. Every interaction—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, professional, and attentive. Their commitment to hospitality truly stood out and made a meaningful difference. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for those traveling through the airport. Despite being so close to the terminal, the property feels peaceful and relaxed, with beautifully landscaped grounds and plenty of space to unwind. The lobby and common areas are modern, clean, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and I appreciated the quietness of the room—perfect for getting a restful night’s sleep before or after a long trip. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with great water pressure and high-quality amenities that added an extra touch of comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s excellent facilities. The fitness center was well-stocked and spotless, making it easy to maintain my routine while traveling. I also appreciated the on-site dining options—delicious food, quick service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether I needed a quick bite or a proper meal, everything exceeded my expectations."
