The entrance door is not closed normally, everything is literally held on the thorns. And when we turned to the hotel manager, she looked surprised and said she didn't see anything. We left the hotel earlier and certainly nobody advises it!!!! The attitude to the guests - mediocre - you didn't like, others will come and OK. The most terrible hotel!!!!"

"They stayed at the hotel during the trip to Adyge on March 8. They spent three nights here. The hotel is located in a well-preserved historical building - the former income house of Kaplanov merchants. From here and the pluses (in the form of high ceilings), and the minus (no elevator). The standard rooms are very small - 90% of the rooms occupy the bed. And here the semi-luxe that I had, I liked. Two rooms: the living room and the bedroom. In the living room is a stylish sofa, a table with a tea corner, a cabinet (with a safe), a refrigerator. In the bedroom - a bed, a chair, a cupboard, a TV. A very small bathroom. There you can really only take one step and then just turn around your axis. In the room every day only garbage is taken. Even the towel thrown on the floor was not replaced. Breakfast is included in the cost. Two types of cashy, omlet, sausages, pancakes (with a twist - well very delicious!). From the downside - the paid breakfast includes a soluble coffee. If you want a cappuccino, you can order in a bar for 180 rubles. With wifi not understood: When we were inhabited, we did not give any passwords, and in the restaurant said that wifi does not work. There is a free parking in the yard, but there is no fear of going past the garages."

"The hotel was booked by phone in advance, a couple of days before arrival, and the booking was re-called and confirmed. As a result, at 9 p.m. we were deployed and told to go further on our plan, because our room was given to another person. No apology, no help in finding another hotel, no conscience from the hostess. She literally told us to go to another city at night, and only much later offered a room without windows for the respiratory bed with a baby bed and a half-six-old sofa for two adults. And she just left and didn't return. As a result, we had to really go to another hotel that we found ourselves, which disrupted our plans for the next day. The hotel hall is posted with a photo of this person with Kirkorov and other stars. We have not met anywhere in Russia. We will send complaints to the relevant bodies."
