"Our stay at the Excelsior Dolomites Life Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. The owners were incredibly welcoming and genuinely friendly, taking the time to personally show us around the entire hotel and introduce us to all of the facilities. It was such a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel at home. The room was spotless throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team did an exceptional job every single day. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. A special thank you goes to our server, Nenad, who made every dinner a pleasure. His kindness, professionalism, and warm personality truly stood out. We also have to mention his son, Luka, who worked as the bartender. His cocktail-making skills were outstanding, and every drink he prepared was fantastic. They both added something special to our experience. One of our favorite details was the hiking backpack provided with the room. It was such a practical and thoughtful amenity that we used on our hikes throughout the Dolomites. It's small touches like this that set this hotel apart from others. Everything about our stay—from the hospitality and service to the cleanliness, food, and amenities—was exceptional. "The hotel is really nice and everything is perfect except the food. We loved the location in the middle of the slopes and forest, the interier is lovely and the staff was nice. For breakfast there were two salamis and few sorts of cheeses (no taste), no orange juice (just pear), just boiled eggs, no Nutela, no spreads. And one day they decided there will be no meat day and there weren’t any different dishes because of that - just two salamis were missing. For dinner there were many courses but we were disappointed as we know Italian food and we love it, but these was not what we expected. In the bathroom there was a window in the shower, looking directly to the ski slopes, with no curtains at all."

"We had a wonderful week of skiing here in Feb 2026. The hotel is stunning and the rooms and food are fabulous. The wellness area is possibly the highlight of all the highlights. And you can even order a drink and nibbles from the comfort of your lounger. My partner ended the week with a very bad and the staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend a stay. It was our second visit and seeing the hotel and the village in the snow was even more spectacular."

"The hotel is set in a charming village in a great location — just 1 hour from Alpe di Siusi, 45 minutes from Lago di Braies, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Tre Cime. There are also beautiful hiking trails right on the doorstep, and the village itself boasts several excellent restaurants. The hotel: What we loved: A brand-new property with a stunning spa featuring a pool overlooking the mountains, two saunas, a hammam, and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast was excellent, with top-quality products. What could be improved: There was no ventilation or air conditioning in the room. Visiting in August, we had to sleep with the window open for our entire stay. There was a kettle in the room, but no herbal teas provided."
