"This must be the best place to stay in St. Vigilio, for small families like ours. The location is great - albeit not central, but St. Vigilio is not big. There are several good places to dine within an easy walking distance, a well-stocked Spar supermarket an bakery not much further on. The public transport is reliable and frequent. The price to stay is reasonable. The hut is itself is a lovely wooden building at the edge of forest, tastefully furnished by antique furniture. The owner, Giulio, together with his wife, are very welcoming, and he is always available and helpful if anything needs to be fixed or simply to advice what is worth seeing in this interesting corner of the Dolomites. Special mention deserves the rich and tasteful breakfast, is certainly highly recommended! The only downside may be the unreliable Wifi connection, but we came for holidays, not doomscrollinng ;-)"

"It is all about the journey!! After traveling roughly 5300 miles from the US to this outstanding/ amazing warm and friendly resort once again we were not disappointed. Outstanding Service, Outstanding Staff,Outstanding above and beyond Customer Service: The family Call and the entire staff at the Excelcisor are the real reason we came back for a second year in a row. Every single employee we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, to the bar staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. They consistently go above and beyond always with a smile and hello to ensure we had a wonderful stay, and once again we were particularly impressed by the personalized attention we received daily! Overall: We couldn't recommend this resort highly enough. It's the perfect destination for anyone looking for a combination of relaxation,daily, activity,fresh mountain air, and most importantly a culinary enjoyment each and every day. "We had a wonderful week of skiing here in Feb 2026. The hotel is stunning and the rooms and food are fabulous. The wellness area is possibly the highlight of all the highlights. And you can even order a drink and nibbles from the comfort of your lounger. My partner ended the week with a very bad and the staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend a stay. It was our second visit and seeing the hotel and the village in the snow was even more spectacular."

"We were in this hotel as part of a family ski-trip. Since 2008 we have been frequent guests of the establishment. Everything was perfect, both the staff and the owners were extremely kind, the food was impeccable, the spa was amazing and the service was top class. If you asked us, we'd say that this is the best hotel in the Dolomites. We'll definitely be coming back in the following years."

"Wow what a beautiful chalet with all the amenities and furnishing which you would love to have in your house! We have tons of questions prior to the stay but Hans responded to them very quickly. Check in was very smooth as well. The chalet included some very nice equipment including BluPura water/fizzy water dispenser, the Jura coffee machine which made the best Italian coffee we had. The rooms were so spacious with lots of cupboard space, each room has a hairdryer and security safe which means we don't have to share. The bathrooms and toilet are separated which are better than many higher end hotels. The window/balcony door electric shutters and black out curtains were very welcomed for a good night's sleep. Kitchen is very well stocked. I broke a wine glass and willing to pay but Hans very graciously did not want any compensation for it. In terms of location, it is easy to walk to the grocery store and some restaurants and cafe. The chalet is also easily accessible to the SS244 route which was just an hour's drive to Lake Misurina, Cortina or Val di Fune. An overall very pleasant stay and we highly recommend this chalet for a relaxing stay."

"I booked hotel Condor with some friends so that we could ride the Maratona Dles Dolomites. Firstly the hotel is super clean, appointed in a sympathetic modern style and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us, even with special requests. My entire party commented that the food was fantastic with every meal choice delicious and very well presented. The facilities are perfect to keep you busy in down time, maybe a game of pool or a swim in the pool. The location is fantastic at this time of year for cycling and hiking with some of the most beautiful scenery right outside the door. Overall we had a very memorable stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you Hotel Condor and staff"
