"This is a nice clean Hotel with a lovely pool The breakfast is more than acceptable. The only problem is that this hotel caters to a significant number of construction workers who are up and are moving at 5:15 in the morning. Problem with that is the doors on these rooms and the exit doors slam so hard you will not get a bit of sleep from 5:15 on. Stay away from the first floor rooms and the rooms toward the south end of the main building."

"The stay is in little cottages, or bungalows, very cute. We loved and appreciated that our pups were allowed to stay with us! Since we had our pups with, we especially appreciated having our own cottage which made it a bit more private. This was a family trip so we had rented two cottages. Both of them were extremely clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Each bed was made up very nice and we appreciated the all white bedding. Each cottage also had a kitchenette and small bathroom. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food truck onsite."

"Watching the sunset here is so beautiful! We arrived after 5pm and thanked the staff for thoughtfully preparing the key envelope. I was very moved by the handwritten welcome message above. The room was clean and comfortable. There are bowls, cutlery, and coffee cups in the kitchen cabinets. I met a family traveling in an RV and have been staying here for a week. It can be seen that it is a friendly little world. It’s just that we had to rush early in the morning and didn’t have time to experience the small swimming pool. All in all, it’s a great place worth staying!"

The Calm Waters Spa and The Dolphin Connection are open for guests to use as well.
The villa comes with two parking spaces directly in front of the unit.
Boat and trailer parking are available on the property but have to be reserved separately through Hawks Cay Resort reservation department. A boat launch is also available on the resort property but has to be arranged independently through Hawks Cay Resort. Boat slips on the resort property can be rented separately through Hawks Cay Resort while staying at the villa. Duck Key Marina and Grassy Key Marina are also very close to the property and offer boat slip rentals, boat and trailer storage, and boat launches.

An upstairs veranda sits off of the master bedroom with beautiful views of the open water. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room downstairs where a half bath is present.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs.
A washer and dryer are located on the first floor of the villa. All of your bath and laundering needs are provided.
The villa has 1000 Mbps high-speed Xfinity internet. With the Xfinity service, free HBO is included. The entire unit is smart home integrated with Nest products including Chromecast, allowing you to stream all of your favorite services.
Nest smart speakers are located throughout the villa with unlimited access to YouTube music offering uninterrupted entertainment.

For the beachgoer: Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach bag are provided for you to use. . The villa is privately owned and not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Hawks Cay Resort amenities and resort pools are unavailable to guests. The resort restaurants Angler & Ale and Sixty-One Prime are open to the public. Hawks Cay Marina and Sole Watersports have fishing charters and watersport activities available to the public. Fishing poles and tackle can be rented from Sole Watersports for use during your stay. The Calm Waters Spa and The Dolphin Connection are open for guests to use as well.
The villa comes with two parking spaces directly in front of the unit.
Boat and trailer parking are available on the property but have to be reserved separately through Hawks Cay Resort reservation department. A boat launch is also available on the resort property but has to be arranged independently through Hawks Cay Resort. Boat slips on the resort property can be rented separately through Hawks Cay Resort while staying at the villa. Duck Key Marina and Grassy Key Marina are also very close to the property and offer boat slip rentals, boat and trailer storage, and boat launches.

Our home has two bedrooms with a memory foam queen size mattress in each room and two bathrooms. A full kitchen equipped with everything for cooking and serving. The sofa bed has a very comfortable memory foam full mattress. Cable TV is included. Central AC. It has a large carport to keep your car under the roof and protected. There is also plenty of parking for a boat. For an additional fee, we have a boat slip available 50 ft away to park a boat. Send us a message for additional details. We are also fully equipped with beach equipment, and fishing poles. You are welcome to fish in the canal across the street. We have a outdoor space with barbecue, umbrella and picnic table.
The neighborhood is family oriented and safe. Marathon is the best key to be! It is in the middle of the Florida Keys. Short driving distance from Key West to the south and Islamorada to the north.
