It combines the beautiful beach experience along with great facilities and tops it all with the best customer service. They are always on top of everything, ensuring one has the best time possible. We’d like to highlight John’s excellent service. He was our waiter every evening and really went out of his way to make us feel welcome at all times. We’re so looking forward to coming back! "Perfect location, right on the beach and next to the city center. You can walk everywhere and explore the city. It's wonderful to wake up to the sight and sound of the sea. The surf schools are right there. The staff is very friendly, the room has air conditioning (a huge plus!), and they also helped me with tours. They have the excellent restaurant "Ta'buenazo," where you can eat without worrying about getting sick. It has a homey feel and a great vibe. They made me feel right at home! 🙌🏽"

"We stayed 4 days at Punta Pacifico and loved every moment. With three young kids, we wanted our own kitchen so we stayed in one of the bungalows facing the pool. The cats and dogs were friendly and made it extra fun. One evening, we toasted marshmallows over the fire and enjoyed the help and company of the host, Edward, who made us feel at home and comfortable. Hope to come back!"
