"Globally good, but the three beds room was very close to the parking . As the temperature was very high , we had to sleep with windows open and so early wake ups in the morning due to the parking. Furthermore, the third bed was in a mezzanine, close to the roof , and then very hot. Air conditioning would solve all these problems. Nice breakfast , nice people ."

"It was an incredible experience to stay in such a cute fairy-tale-like house for about 40,000 yen per room for my family! It makes me feel like I've bought a house in France. The garden is beautiful, and there are plenty of amenities (soap, coffee, tea, hair dryer, towels, etc.). The staff was also kind, and it was a very comfortable stay. The only disappointment was that the signal was too weak and I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. However, the staff made their best effort to connect to the free signal, and since I have an eSIM, it wasn't a big problem. The problem was my father. In the first place, I wonder why he had to bring work with him on a trip, and he was frustrated that he couldn't use his PC and work, even though there are plenty of ways to do it, such as tethering. So, if you are staying, please come after finishing your work. If you do that, you will have a really wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to have the elegant experience of having breakfast on a nice terrace. But it was a wonderful inn that I would like to come back again just for that experience! Given the location of the town, it's not an easy place to travel to, but I think Japanese people especially love this place. It has an atmosphere and scenery that you definitely won't find in Japan... I can understand why people from overseas want to stay in a traditional Japanese house. I'm half wanting everyone to know about it, and half wanting to keep it a secret forever. There are plenty of beds, and the toilet and shower room are separate!"

"This place is absolutely stunning. Quiet, and the hosts are amazingly friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and inviting. The rooms are cozy and I had the best sleep during my trip here. Breakfast is flexible and the host will work around your schedule as needed, great spread of French breakfast items. Despite the cold temps the rooms are warm and inviting. Nearby to many war memorials so it is a quick drive to museums and other sites. Highly recommended."

Three days before, in Granville, my electric wheelchair broke down completely, forcing me to cancel this stay and return home to Loire Atlantique to have it repaired. When I canceled by phone with the hotel, they informed me that my deposit would not be refunded because the request should have been made at least five days before the scheduled reservation date. Bravo, and thank you to this hotel for refusing to consider this case as "force majeure." The other establishments booked for this week-long trip all agreed to refund me!"

We enjoyed one dinner at the hotel and breakfast each morning. The food was very good. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating to us. There was also a very lovely outside patio to enjoy off the restaurant. There were shops and restaurants to walk to in this quaint town. There is an historic church that you need to visit right across the street."

Located in a small city near the monument, you will have a warm welcome from the staff and you will be able to enjoy the beauty of this hotel. Its all charming and vintage style with nice stairs to go to your room (there is elevator too). The rooms are cozy and comfortable (be careful in summer there is no AC but we got the staff bring a fan to our door). The breakfast is typical french style and so good, the products are fresh and tasty. The staff of the hotel is so so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend it"
