"Short 3 night stay. Hotel was clean, and staff friendly, and we were made very welcome Food was excellent (although scrambled eggs and bacon not quite UK transport café style!). The room was upmarket for typical ski resort accommodation, although sliding bathroom door didn't slide very well!) Bed was comfortable. The spa in the basement was well appointed, and even the staircase down to it had a degree of opulence, with its ambient lighting and background music. Well situated immediately at the bottom of the gondola, for the shortest walk after a day on the slopes. Car park underneath gondola! Would definitely return. Highly recommended."

"Not a 4-star hotel at all, despite the very high price. The rooms are old, with unspecified mattresses and non-existent pillows. The bathroom is tiny, with an old, dirty shower curtained off by a damp, smelly curtain. The hotel had a large reservation for about 200 people on full board, and it's a shame the restaurant wasn't equipped to handle that number. To top it all off, the running water in many rooms was black! All this for a 4-star hotel! And I forgot: the staff (not all of them, obviously) are inflexible and often rude."

"Hotel located directly on the ski facilities, with views of the mountains visible from the windows of the hot and pleasant swimming pool! Our family-owned four-room comfort room at excellent price, very spacious and with double service. It would only serve a refreshment to the walls and a touch of modernity! Excellent food, starting from the rich buffets and finishing with sweet, dinner always offers various choices of typical mountain food, always exquisite.. excellent lunch pizza!"
