"We stayed 3 nights in this Madaba hotel in room 303. First surprise for us: the shower head was completely rusty and left much to be desired. Luckily there was a replacement shower head in better condition that we were able to use. The bathroom is tiny and the shower leaks. We went on an excursion for a whole day and when we came back, the toilet was leaking and there were lots of brown stains in the toilet, which makes you imagine the quality of the water... The manager is aware of these water problems but does nothing to fix things. I had washed some clothes and hung them out to dry on the balcony, and when I left the hotel I forgot them. I realized this at the end of the day and we called the hotel that evening to say that we were going back to Madaba the following week and that we would come and collect the forgotten clothes. We went back, and my clothes had been thrown away, because for them it wasn't important... Obviously this doesn't work like in many hotels where they are supposed to keep the objects found for several months or even years in case the customer asks for them... Here they were thrown away the same day. Not very correct. We chose this hotel for the swimming pool, unfortunately it was empty, although the temperatures were around 28 degrees. The breakfast is ok, nothing more. Needless to say, we won't be coming back."

"The incredibly friendly and helpful hostess greets everyone early in the morning and offers breakfast. The hotel, named "City Center Hotel," boasts a fantastic location right next to the famous Mosaic Church. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is quite good. It's excellent value for money. The only minor drawback is the lack of an elevator, but this isn't a major issue as there are guest rooms on the first floor."

"This hotel was a very comfortable stop on our 2 week holiday in Jordan. The room was very spacious, the decoration was lovely and it was well supplied with toiletries, water, tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the stay very easy. We didn't use the restaurant apart from breakfast but there was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was good. I must recommend the small gift shop in the lobby which had an excellent range of gifts at very reasonable prices. Madaba itself is great, unlike Amman you could walk around easily, there were lots of tourist sites but also a chance to experience a bit of Jordanian daily life. I would definitely recommend a visit to Madaba and a stay at the Mosaic City Hotel."

"I chose this hotel because I had to stay one night in Madaba. Overall, the room was large, relatively clean, close to attractions, and the service was good. But the sheets were a little pilled and the bed was squeaky🥹🥹🥹Anyway, it would be more convenient to go to the airport the next day after a night's rest. The quality is so-so."

"The owner is very nice; he answered our questions about nearby attractions very attentively and considerately. His parents seem to care a lot about travelers, as they brought nice snacks for breakfast. The only minor drawback is the slightly awkward toilet layout; be careful when opening it. Also, the check-in system still uses keys, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend it. The owner is very nice, the location is close to all the attractions in Madaba, and the prices are reasonable—it's an excellent choice."

"This is a lovely little hotel in the center of Madaba. It is located right in the main touristic area, which means it is within walking distance of everything you'll want to see in the city. If you go to the rooftop cafe area, you can even see a fellow climb to the church next door and play the bells. That's neat. The staff are welcoming and kind. Breakfast is... okay. You might get a little noise from the street in the evening, but I think that can't be avoided if you are staying in the center."
