"The 3 stars is mostly because it was very loud above us. Not sure what the floors are made of but even lightly walking was incredibly noisy. We stopped here as we are passing through to Florida. We are familiar with home2suites and typically really enjoy them. The breakfast was l unfortunately not hot (sausages, egg, etc). Location — the hotel itself is in a safer location but in general I wouldn’t stop here again with kids. There are not many restaurants around that are decent at all. With all that being said - the staff in the lobby were incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. It was also very clean over all!"

"We arrived at the property and went to the front desk, where two female staffers were preoccupied with something on the computer system. Stood in front of them for several minutes finally asked if this was the Hampton Inn, which they said yes, and went right back to their tasks. Finally, we decided to go to the restroom and then return to the desk where we finally were able to check in. No one said hello asked if they could help us. It was as if we were invisible. Never had this experience at any place before."

"Service was pretty slow when we got there Thursday night. It wasn’t our waitress fault. Not very organized and kitchen seemed slow. The next morning we had to pay for breakfast. $15.99 for breakfast that is usually included in your stay. We only booked for one night because we had a grandson in a wrestling tournament and didn’t know if we would need two nights. I wish I had booked the second night with trip. Com and I didn’t because we were right there at the convention center and I walked back over and ask to get our same room for one more night. We got it for almost double the price of the first night and still had to pay for breakfast."

"This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at! Roaches all over the lobby bathroom, and a very unclean guest room. I moved the chair aside and there was a huge pile of dust plus someone's rolled up dirty sock. And the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke! Plus I felt unsafe from some other trashy guests out partying in the parking lot late night."

Shopping near by, eating right across the street and near by. I had no issues with other guests or disturbances. I would highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn to anyone."
