"Love this clean and comfortable hotel in Hazle Township. It’s super quiet and has a nice gym. I got upgraded to a room with fireplace which was soooo nice. Very cozy to sit near while getting some work done. The bed was comfortable and nice shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. Overall a great stay. Will stay again…Love having the fridge too."

"Absolutely horrible!! The pool was being being used for a party for hours (we checked in at 4:30pm and it was packed so we left, got dinner and when we came back at 7:30/8pm, they were all still there) had 15+ people, mostly kids. They were screaming and running around and when we called the hotel to complain, we were told “we told them several times about it but they are paying customers so we can’t do anything more” we are paying customers too! We finally went down to the pool at 9pm. (Mind you the pool closes at 10pm) Everyone was gone but the water was so cloudy and nasty! I will NEVER stay there again, horrible experience!"

"This is my favorite holiday inn. There is an older gentleman at the front desk. He is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. He is also the only one among the nearly 10 Holiday Inns that does not charge a deposit. The only lobby has bookshelves and books. Yes, other facilities are the same standard of holidayinn."
