"I placed the order after midnight, and tried to call the hotel to ask about shuttle service, but couldn't reach anyone! Since there was no response, I promptly clicked to cancel, but it showed as a failed cancellation, and I never actually checked in. Afterward, I contacted customer service to request an order cancellation, but the hotel shamelessly refused, even claiming that they had "held the room for me all night"! Everyone knows what the occupancy rate is like for local hotels here! If you want to scam me out of my payment, just say so, why bother with this disgusting pretense? Anyone who stays at this hotel will regret it!"

"Advantages: Good hotel location, large parking lot, grand lobby, spacious rooms, and complete amenities. Disadvantages: Poor Wi-Fi signal in the room; only 3 out of about 10 two-prong power outlets in the room worked. The shower water temperature fluctuated wildly; the toilet flushed poorly; the room's soundproofing was extremely poor—I could hear the TV, conversations, and doorbell ringing next door, and I could clearly hear footsteps upstairs. The karaoke from downstairs was incredibly loud, with a subwoofer and singers blasting non-stop until the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep! I couldn't stand it anymore and called the hotel front desk to change rooms, finally managing to fall asleep in the latter half of the night! Seeing reviews saying the hotel breakfast was simple and unappetizing, I lost interest and checked out early the next morning. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had! I hope the higher-ups will take this seriously and not reprimand the frontline staff (it's not like they're working like geese; they're probably just as helpless as the guests). The problem lies with management at higher levels! This will affect the occupancy rate; it's such a waste of such a great place..."

However, the rooms have the same problem: recently, many hotels in this county town have had poorly designed layouts.
