"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience enjoyable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food choices. We also loved the pool and beach area — both were great places to relax and enjoy the vacation. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. Some areas of the hotel were not very clean, and I hope the management will pay more attention to this in the future. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent service and facilities."

"I had a disappointing stay at Sematan Apartment. The listing stated free Wi-Fi, but there was none upon check-in. The mobile signal was also very poor, making it hard to stay connected. There were many empty rooms, yet the price was still very expensive and not justified. Other Airbnb options are cheaper and do include Wi-Fi as advertised. I recommend double-checking amenities before booking."
