"We had a reservation for an apartment from June 27th to 29th. We spent the day exploring the city and were offered password-protected check-in because we arrived after 11:00 PM. As of July 1st, I still haven't received the email with the passwords. They tried to open the apartment remotely, supposedly because we had a key card at reception, which also turned up. Finally, at 1:30 AM, with a four-year-old child in tow, an employee from the other hotel showed up to open the apartment for us. We asked the manager to contact us and are still waiting. There are many cheaper and better-managed options in Lugo."

"Beautiful property with a lot of antiques and quirky mannequins dressed and posed throughout the property. Staff is not friendly and were barely accommodating for Camino cyclists. We booked through an agency. Breakfast was plentiful especially since it was a huge spread for only a few people."
