The room has air conditioning and a safe, but unfortunately, no refrigerator. I booked a quadruple room with a double bed and a sofa. The sofa was already folded open upon check-in, leaving little room for movement. The sofa's sheets, quilt, and pillows were already provided."

"Wonderful environment, especially those who have a weak for thought-protected buildings. You can book a small breakfast that comes on a floor at the table. I personally like this better than the masses at the buffet. The location is super, on the trave and near the core of the site. Small but fine. I would certainly book it again."

"Very nice, old house with its own atmosphere. Aidful and always friendly staff. Rich breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room with views on the Baltic beach. A large shortage is the bathrooms, which are modernised and top-cared, but are not useful for people with reduced mobility or more popular (almost) because of the narrow structures. The door of the shower is so installed that it is restricted when opened by the toilet sofa and thus only a larger divide is open. So you can only sneak (in the best case and with some slim figure) or stay out. That's not going, and it's certainly worth a hotel's note. But it seems to have been built in all rooms of the house."

"The first hotel I see with liar and deceiving management. We mistakenly booked 3 rooms instead of 2. Just 30 minutes later we called the hotel to cancel one room. They said ok and you can ask the reception while checking in. Then reception said we need to ask our boss, every time we asked the reception they said our boss come later. As a result they postponed until we checkout the hotel. Then we received an email saying we are sorry and cannot cancel your reservation as it is due. That is our experience with this hotel."

"We spent a week at this superb hotel overlooking the beach at Travemunde. Our standard room was excellent with a good seating area, comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, fridge with some free soft drinks and a complimentary bottle of champagne. Breakfast was very good with decent buffet and good freshly prepared options. We had a first rate dinner there one night but Travemunde has good dining options. There is a good bar and outside terrace and seating on the lawns. The sauna area is good too and there is an indoor pool. The staff were generally very helpful and rooms were cleaned promptly each day. WiFi was fine and the TV had Sky News. We had a minor dispute over daily water for the room which was satisfactorily resolved. The hotel has its own ice cream cafe open during the day but it would be nice to have drinks and coffee on the terrace during the day too. But overall this was a great place to stay in an attractive North German resort."

"Simple clean rooms. Mine was a real double-sized bed (as opposed to two twins that are often pushed together) and came with a water. The breakfast for 13 euros is good for the price and service at the front desk was friendly. I am happy they provided real hangers in the rooms. I would have preferred more than one bath towel and one hand towel in the room. Location is perfect and one can always pop into the lobby bar at Motel One for a drink if needed."
