Kyriad Direct Caen Nord – Memorial
"It is ok"
Le Relais Saint Michel
"Very nice and kind"
Campanile Vire
"Hotel staff nice and friendly, rooms and bathrooms clean and well isolated(no sound from outside), confortable beds, good food(options in menu, cooking included), breakfast verry good and diversified, good cofee. Absence of air conditioning may be an issue, but, there are rooms facing the parking lot(hotter), and there are rooms back the building, facing a small park with big trees(cooler), just ask the reception and you'll get it. Overall, good price for what you get!"
Hôtel Inn Design & Restaurant Alençon
"The hotel is ideal for a stopover and we have used it before and the staff are friendly and polite and the food excellent an the facilities are clean"
Best Western Flers Centre Gare
"Recently renovated hotel, good breakfast and well located near the city centre."
Hôtel Mercure Caen Centre Port de Plaisance
"Nice hotel, comfortable and quiet, close to the train station"
Ibis Budget Lisieux
"Very warm welcome, comfortable and well-located hotel"
Best Western le Moulin de Ducey
"Nice place , clean , friendly staff , delicious breakfast"
Hôtel la Ramade
"It was an incredible experience to stay in such a cute fairy-tale-like house for about 40,000 yen per room for my family! It makes me feel like I've bought a house in France. The garden is beautiful, and there are plenty of amenities (soap, coffee, tea, hair dryer, towels, etc.). The staff was also kind, and it was a very comfortable stay. The only disappointment was that the signal was too weak and I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. However, the staff made their best effort to connect to the free signal, and since I have an eSIM, it wasn't a big problem. The problem was my father. In the first place, I wonder why he had to bring work with him on a trip, and he was frustrated that he couldn't use his PC and work, even though there are plenty of ways to do it, such as tethering. So, if you are staying, please come after finishing your work. If you do that, you will have a really wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to have the elegant experience of having breakfast on a nice terrace. But it was a wonderful inn that I would like to come back again just for that experience! Given the location of the town, it's not an easy place to travel to, but I think Japanese people especially love this place. It has an atmosphere and scenery that you definitely won't find in Japan... I can understand why people from overseas want to stay in a traditional Japanese house. I'm half wanting everyone to know about it, and half wanting to keep it a secret forever. There are plenty of beds, and the toilet and shower room are separate!"

Hôtel de La Plage
Hôtel & Spa Face À la Mer
Cit'Hotel la Villa Julia
"Have you ever checked in a hotel and felt the pleasant feeling of home when you entered the room? That was the way we were in the Villa Julia. Have you ever had an hotel room where there was enough room for your things both in the bathroom and in the dressing box? Here you will find this. We travel with a dog and therefore had room 11, which is flat and a small, closed terrace (see photos) has booked. Simply perfect to clean up all room residents after the beach walk (the beach is only 3 minutes walking distance). There are several restaurants on the way to the beach. Important: here we had to learn that almost always (except at the mouth) a table must be reserved. But that is definitely worth it. Back to the hotel: The owner has welcomed us friendlyly and cared heartily about us and our concerns. The room was cleaned carefully every day. Breakfast: There was a small but fine breakfast buffet. Fresh baguette, croissants and pain au chocolate were served in the cheese on the table. Cafe and various tea varieties are ready. Delicate cheese and chinch from the region, sweet and salty butter, marmelade, honey, chocolate cream, yoghurt, quark, apple juice, fresh juices, fruit and cereals. We enjoyed starting in the light and invited breakfast room in the day. We would have been happy to stay for longer."
Hotel Les Treize Assiettes - Mont Saint-Michel Bay
"Independent family room, although small, but independent and convenient. The restaurant is very good 👍"
Château d'Audrieu - Relais & Châteaux
"The property is lovely, the rooms well appointed with the exception of a small refrigerator. Dinner at the 1715 was lovely but a bit austere. However our last interaction with staff left us very disappointed. We were double charged at checkout. When we verified this with our credit card online while still working with the staff member, we were told it would be adjusted automatically. When we asked for verification or a staff member able to help, we were told that was all she could do. Of course, we were double charged and now have to dispute with our credit card company. It was a disappointing way to end our stay and left a lasting negative impression."
Hotel Restaurant Spa Ivan Vautier
"My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France."
Cures Marines Hotel & Spa Trouville MGallery Collection
"Not bad. There is also a casino. They said they upgraded me to a sea view. Haha. It's so far away. Dinner was not delicious. Checked out very early in the morning. They also gave me two bottles of water."
Hôtel Barrière Le Royal Deauville
"very nice stay - all good - great service"
Château Saint Gilles
"Good and clean"
Sure Hotel by Best Western Caen Memorial
"Good location. Staff great and breakfast particularly good. Were dog friendly too and made the dog welcome!"
Best Western Eden Spa Honfleur
"Top hotel, clean and well-equipped, with free access to swimming pool, hammam and sauna."
Thalazur Ouistreham - Hôtel & Spa
"The service is good. The welcome is warm. The hotel is quite clean. The pool is well heated, even in winter. However, my ground-floor room with single-glazed windows is too noisy, especially when it rains at night."
Brit Hotel & Spa le Roc au Chien
"The room was tight with space and the shower room the size of a closet. The wash basin was cracked. Where the manager was very charming and helpful her staff left much to be desired. Their body language left one with the impression that they were tired of tourists invading their space; indifferent and could not look at you in the eye. Table service was very poor showing a lack of training and experience. We were seated at a table but not given any menus. After waiting a quarter of an hour we noticed other couples arriving were seated and given menus immediately. At that point I got up and asked a member of staff for a menu. Having supplied our order we were kept waiting half an hour before the first course arrived while other customers who had arrived after us were served before us. Our dinner took us two and a half hours! On departure, after two nights, we were checked out by one of the assistants who was very curt, could not look at me in the eye and could not bring herself to wish us a pleasant journey! Cannot recommend this hotel"
La Cremaillere Hôtel-Restaurant
Logis Hotel Spa Restaurant Au Site Normand
"We were made welcome and comfortable in this charming family-run hotel, we loved the town, which is eccentic and full of character, and the countryside, whch features beautiful walks along the Rver Orne, but what really impressed us was the food in the hotel restaurant. Every dish was carefully thought through and cooked by the patron, who is a truly top class chef. And when I asked for a glass of red Bordeaux wine, I was brought one of the most decious wines I have ever tasted, and charged less than six euros for it. "
Logis Hôtel Restaurant le Fruitier
"All pretty good and this was a return having stayed before. Attentive reception, clean and tidy, quiet room. Restaurant next door/ attached and terrace with a lovely little cat. Homely chill out. Thanks"
