"The welcome is icy, barely polite. The room? Ridiculously small, barely enough room to put a suitcase, it feels like a shoebox (charged 200 euros/night). The bathroom, meanwhile, is reminiscent of a hospital: cold, impersonal, without any comfort (see photo). The view? Needless to say, the photos are enough to illustrate the absurdity of what we are sold as a pleasant setting. The height of it? The hotel claims to be "pet-friendly"... but apparently only when it comes to their own dogs, who roam freely in the corridors. On the other hand, when you come with your own, you quickly feel like you are disturbing them. And as if that weren't enough, once we left, we received a totally absurd accusation: we were accused of having our dog defecating under the bed, a space so narrow that a suitcase wouldn't even fit. Result: sent an additional €50 invoice for "damage" and "unusable room". Thieves!! It claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it's far from that given the service provided. Only the prices live up to this classification, because the services themselves are simply deplorable. The restaurant? Non-existent service: more than 40 minutes of waiting in a half-empty restaurant. And when the food finally arrives, it is mediocre. In short: unpleasant welcome, misleading services, deplorable service and an attempt to overcharge at the end. A very bad experience. Move on, you will avoid a huge disappointment."

"Super location, property, service. Amazing stay. Stunning pool. Just check the rooms you select carefully for steep stairs or WC separated from the bathroom unit. Some rooms seem to be designed for longer stays. Only missing sleepers and bathrobe for comfort. Otherwise, superb. Peaceful, private and beautiful. The real treat is the night sky - a communion with the stars, a cosmic epiphany."
