"We stayed at this hotel recently and were quite disappointed. First, we chose this hotel specifically because the website says it has air conditioning, but when we arrived, we were told that our particular room did NOT have air conditioning, that "only some rooms" have air conditioning. To make matters worse, the room we were given was on the ground floor, right by the entrance, with a sliding glass door. The choice that night, then, was to open the door for fresh air and to feel unsafe, or to close the door and sweat all night long. We chose the former option, but it meant we had to sleep with one eye open, and endure the noise of people coming and going through the front door. Worst of all, the manager, Patricia, was very unfriendly and unhelpful. When I told her that my lost luggage might be delivered by the airline to the hotel, her response was "Well there's no telling what will happen to it if it is -- you may be quite unhappy with the result." Where is the professionalism of her position in such a response? Needless to say, we were glad to leave the hotel, and to continue our vacation in hotels with kinder, more responsive staff."

The hotel is also very well equipped with table, chairs, sunshine, long chairs, BBQ, without forgeting this mythical Nordic bath we enjoyed in the night of the fall. Add to this some owners (Céline and Franck) who are of exceptional kindness and you will spend a wonderful moment."

"We had an absolutely wonderful and incredibly cosy stay. From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The place is peaceful, welcoming and filled with a very special atmosphere. The beautiful historic buildings, elegant interior and stylish surroundings create a truly unique and charming setting. Everything is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, while still feeling warm and homely. It is also wonderfully quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the things we appreciated most were the lovely evenings when we shared dinner with the hosts and the other guests. We were spoiled with homemade dishes that were on the level of a Michelin-starred restaurant, accompanied by wines that were perfectly matched to each course. It was an experience in itself. Breakfast was also something very special – delicious, homemade and with a different kind of cake every day as a little “dessert”. It was clear that every single detail had been carefully thought through. We also received excellent and very personal recommendations for things to see and experience in the area. Our host was always happy to share their knowledge and helped us make the most of our stay. In short: We were truly spoiled. We can highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience something unique, authentic and different. This is not simply a place to stay overnight – it is an experience that you are unlikely to find in many other places. We certainly hope to have the opportunity to come back again. ❤️"

"We visited the chapel inside the convent and it is beautiful and very well kept. It is regularly open for Sunday worship and easy to get to and there’s free parking outside. You can for a walk in the grounds and there is the hotel next door. Situated next door to Gramat railway station."

"This hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's perfectly adequate if you're traveling by car. I booked with breakfast included and was satisfied with it. However, for dinner, which was a buffet, I was simply told that the charge would be added to my room bill, without being shown the actual receipt. The next morning at checkout, I still wasn't shown the receipt. I didn't have time to dispute it, but I wonder if this is standard practice?"

"In contrast to "mascotte 1262", I avoid trusting the appearances, which allowed me to appreciate the "matrone" who, in a first round that can be called non-exuberant, is trying to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are clean and the litter is correct. Breakfast offers more choice than you can eat. A little moment of happiness in the evening, taste a glass of wine with nuts, The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Souillac, where the hotel is located."

"Spend a pleasant week with friends at Jaonnet. Olivier gave a warm welcome, the rooms were well equipped, WiFi was ok, breakfast was good with good products, good homemade jam, and dinner was the same with good local products, truffle sausages, foie gras sausages, good asparagus, duck confit, and homemade strawberry ice cream was delicious. It was a bit lost in the middle of nowhere, but well signposted and very quiet. An address to remember."

"A clean, comfortable, welcoming hotel. Slightly dated bedrooms, but otherwise a fantastic stay. We were there one night and Monsieur and Madam Lacam could not have done more for us. It was a bank holiday, so there was nowhere open to eat in Gourdon. Therefore, Monsier Lacam, opened up the restaurant in the evening just for us and we ate the most amazing food cooked by his wife. He even dressed up in his waiter attire just for 8 hungry guests. From the moment we arrived him and his wife could not do enough to make our short stay enjoyable, bending over backwards at every opportunity. I highly recommend visiting this establishment."
