The rooms along the street are very poorly soundproofed, just like there is no glass. Any car passing by is very noisy. There is no quiet time all night. I have poor sleep, so I will not stay there again 2. There is no phone number to contact the front desk in the room. I found the phone number on Ctrip and asked the front desk for an extra bed and quilt. In the end, they said no. The service is not up to par 3. The hygiene is relatively poor. I booked two rooms. One of the toilets was not flushed. The tissues and false eyelashes of the previous resident were in it. The other room, see the picture: the quilt cover is dirty"

"Review on the way back. Hardware facilities: As a newly opened resort hotel, the decoration and layout of the lobby, public areas and rooms are remarkable. The bathroom area of the room has a slight odor but it is within an acceptable range. Environment: The hotel covers a large area, and the rooms are basically scattered in villas. The room we stayed in this time is on the top of the mountain, which requires a hotel shuttle bus to pick you up. You can also walk from the lobby, which takes about 10 minutes. The public area is well greened. Because it is close to nature, the air quality is good and there is the fragrance of grass and trees everywhere. Surrounding facilities: It is located next to the Minjuyuan Garden, not far from the Da Nanmen Scenic Area, and can be reached in less than 20 minutes on foot. There are also railway bridges, museums and other attractions on the way. I personally recommend going to the South Gate at night and visiting the Minjuyuan Garden in the morning. Service: The housekeeper will contact you in advance before check-in, and after check-in, the staff will accompany you to deliver your luggage to the room. When you go to the restaurant to dine, they will ask if the taste is suitable. When you meet in the hotel, they will greet you with a smile. The service can be said to be in place 👍. One point that deducted points was that I specifically asked the housekeeper to clean the room before leaving at 10 o'clock. When I returned to the room two and a half hours later, I found that it had not been cleaned yet. Afterwards, I asked the front desk and they replied that the rooms that had been checked out were cleaned first, so my room that was staying longer had not yet been cleaned. 😅 In general, the surrounding cities are highly recommended for weekend vacations."

"I booked a tea garden room specifically because the garden is right outside, perfect for taking photos if the weather is cool. The booking also includes bicycles and town entrance tickets, but it was too hot to use them. The hotel service is excellent; there's no need to worry about getting a taxi. They offer a shuttle service to the station; just make sure to book a day in advance. Last night, I encountered a large mosquito net, and even though it was late, the front desk lady came to bring me mosquito coils. The duty manager was also amazing. A must-try for anyone visiting Longyou."

"I called to order a bath towel, but it never arrived. In my rush to leave, I just grabbed some tissues to dry myself. The faucet was broken and was spraying water randomly. The soundproofing was terrible; the cleaning staff outside were very loud, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy, almost like a bulldozer. Overall, it was just okay, and the bathroom was very small."

The result was a super edge-wiping kind. Family travel still needs to avoid this risk."
