Every single person embodies that warm Swati friendliness that makes this country so special. A huge shoutout to Sibo, who went above and beyond to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Breakfast was a treat, and the Valvet Monkey restaurant door offered great dinners with an awesome vibe. Ending our evenings around the bonfire was the perfect touch. It made our stay feel like a true African experience. Whether you’re traveling with family, on business, or volunteering from abroad, stop searching. Lidwala Lodge is the place to stay in Eswatini!"

"Made a lunch reservation and arrived 30 minutes late, but the restaurant was empty so we didn’t inconvenience anyone. We were warmly welcomed by our waitress Penelope, who was professional and pleasant. However, another waiter (the one I spoke to on the phone) came to our table and began reprimanding us for being late, going on about their shift change. This was completely unprovoked and unnecessary, especially given that the restaurant was empty. His approach was confrontational and unprofessional, and it made the experience very uncomfortable. While Penelope’s service was great, the overall experience was disappointing because of this interaction."

"The facility was conveniently located with beautiful chalets. The chalets were beautiful, spacious and well cleaned. The staff were welcoming, flexible and understanding, they were an amazing team. The facility needs to improve on their parking, especially next to the chalets. The parking gets very slippery on rainy days, thus it needs an improvement. "
