"The staff are so friendly and the hotel is finished to a high standard, our room was upgraded to a suite (compliments of the hotel) and it was amazing! If you are worried that this hotel is still a building site based on other reviews don’t be, it’s finished and facilities are fantastic. You’ll enjoy a relaxing holiday here with the service expected for a 5 star hotel. The spa is worth a visit and kept my teenagers happy, the pool is spacious, you’re not squashed in like other hotels on the beach front and the relaxed vibe is very chill. We stayed B&B as we like to eat out and the breakfast was great with lots of variety."

"As soon as you walk into this hotel you feel and immense sense of space. The grounds are extensively lawn and with trees providing shade when needed. An excellent swimming pool. There are also three Jacuzzis within the grounds two of them on top of the cliff overlooking the sea. The other one in a shady wood. There is a spiral staircase to a snorkelling spot and a path to a sandy beach. The staff are outstanding. They are not intrusive but always available when needed. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Our room overlooks the sea and the view was out standing"

"I took my daughter away for 6 days and overall had a wonderful week away. But noted a few observations. The hotel is lovely and authentic. I have a mobility issue after a life changing injury 4 years ago. I had researched this hotel and it said it was ‘wheelchair accessible (with some restrictions) however there were a lot of restrictions. I use a wheelchair for distance and stick, but you can only use a wheelchair in the main hotel reception and bar/restaurant area. Everywhere else you will experience steps! There is a ramp to the pool area but then you’d experience a lot of steps into the pool with no handrails. Also, to access the pool bar area, again only steps to access this. And overall everywhere is hilly so no way to get to the tennis court independently and back up the hill! We also noted that our outdoor set up was different to next door (exactly the same and same cost) in that they also had 2 deckchairs and another table (we didn’t) when I asked for another 2 chairs, I felt that reception found this an inconvenience, but they brought 2 chairs which were basic and not useful really. Food was amazing!! Plenty of choice and different menu every evening. The servings were large and too big for me but tasty. We had drinks on the terrace each evening, would be nice for some music or atmosphere. Some of the staff seemed miserable but the main man in the restaurant was lovely and so polite everyday. I only found one reception staff polite and friendly on the day we left the 2 staff were arguing very loud in the office which I found quite strange. Overall I would come here again, but with my husband who could help more."

"Very nice hotel in the heart of Artà, but with free parking a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is nicely decorated, the rooms are spacious, and the welcome is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The bread is very good. We all enjoyed it."

"Amazing hotel in converted convent. Some amazing artwork on display. Luxurious rooms, even the most basic room which we had was super spacious with a huge bed. Great spa facilities and a small outdoor pool. Excellent breakfast, egg dishes made to order (we had eggs Benedict and crepe). Very welcoming reception staff, and the manager Tony also made us feel so welcome, explaining where to find everything at breakfast and checking everything ok with our room. Free parking. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner but will do next time. I highly recommend this amazing hotel."

"Rooms were quite ok, with lovely views from the balcony. The cleaners cleaned quite ok, but hadn't cleaned under the bed for a few months...lots of dust. The staff seemed tired, which you can understand when the hotel closes at the end of October. In short, the hotel is not in a 4 star condition, the common areas not even in a 3 star condition, unfortunately!"
