"Having stayed at various Jia Yi hotels, this one is truly disappointing! First, a 100 RMB deposit is required upon entry, which is acceptable. Second, the breakfast restaurant has no air conditioning, especially in early August (***** calendar), when the temperature reached a high of 30 degrees Celsius. While it might be cooler in the morning, wouldn't it be hot to eat? Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 AM, but by 7:10 AM, the dishes weren't all served; they were still cooking. This is also acceptable. What's unacceptable is that the eggs were not fresh—two in a row were stale, and the kitchen staff didn't rinse them with cold water; they were still very hot to the touch. I guess if the eggs weren't fresh, there would be no need to rinse them. Also, the windows have very poor sound insulation. A word of caution: don't eat the fried eggs; they have some black spots that I mistook for condiments…"

"Hotel in the building. It seems to have opened in 2025 and the facilities are new and clean. It features large windows with a sense of openness. I wish I had a chair on my desk. There are two elevators, so you don't have to wait. It was a pity that I was not accustomed to the correspondence of foreigners and was confirmed many times in the room after check-in. There are popular dining rooms and small shops on the north side of the hotel."

"Location 🅿️: It has its own underground parking lot, which is very convenient. Cleanliness 🧹: Overall, it was very clean. I happened to be there while they were cleaning. The cleaning lady was very easy to communicate with and extremely enthusiastic. Service 🍬: I really liked the tall, fair-skinned lady on duty on the 12th. She was very adaptable, had a good service attitude, and most importantly, was reasonable and had a customer-first attitude, which is commendable. As for the rest, she was enthusiastic, but a little more flexibility would have been even better."
