"This time I stayed at this business hotel in the city center, the overall experience was still qualified, and there was no expected bad condition. The check-in process is smooth, the daily cleaning of the room is clean and in place, the bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable, the bathroom facilities can also be used normally, the front desk and the cleaning staff are polite and decent, and the simple demands related to travel can also be responded in time. The most surprising shortcoming is in the breakfast link: the dining table has a pitiful selection of categories, the hot dishes are mostly cold and dilapidated, the staple food tastes dry and hard to swallow, the drink is as light as half a glass of water, and the tabletop in the dining area is not cleaned in time, which is completely not worthy of the grade marked by this store. "I don't know if it's the city's administrative policy when checking in, but the front desk contacts public security. Two police officers came and interrogated you for nearly an hour. If you wanted to go out, they made you wait at the front desk and called the police. I went through the terrible experience of being followed and monitored by two police officers all day. Maybe it's because I'm a South Korean who doesn't have a good relationship with North Korea, but it was very difficult. When I opened the window of my room on the second floor, it was blocked by the back of the hotel sign... blocking the beautiful Yalu River in front."

We arrived at 3 PM, and the receptionist was incredibly attentive, proactively helping us with our luggage and guiding us to our room. [Thumbs up] The free-range chicken stew with mushrooms and the iron pot stewed fish in the restaurant were absolutely delicious—highly recommended!! In short, you could feel the owner's dedication in every aspect. The service, the ambiance, and the lively atmosphere perfectly met the needs of a family trip. I've already recommended it to my relatives and friends! 💯"
