"We saw this (looks like candy that has been spit out - disgusting!!) on the bedroom floor the night we stayed there and when I reported it the next day, they did nothing. They said I should've reported it the moment we checked in but I didn't even see it until when we were about to sleep. They did nothing to apologize and has not taken accountability into this situation. I sent them an email and they haven't even responded."
