"The booking process was easy and had been prepaid. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and efficient. It’s easy to find in a good location close to our favorite place to eat while we are in Liberal. The room was clean, comfortable bed and easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. The only issue was the toilet paper holder was loose and trying to come off the wall."

"I made an on-line reservation in February for this location. I called just before my arrival to check the cancellation policy. The woman, who barely spoke English, told me I would have to contact Oyo. I finally got the information I needed from her, thanked her and hung up. She called be back to say I was rude! She also sent a text message. I ended up cancelling and will NEVER stay here."

"Perhaps once a nice hotel, this one has been left to fade into history. It is very outdated and sad! The beds are very comfortable with nice clean bedding but the floors around the bed were not at all clean with trash lying unseen behind bed covers. It was fairly unoccupied so it was quiet. The breakfast food looked days old so we declined everything but coffee. The bar has a nice gas fireplace that WE turned on but otherwise cold and uninviting- we finished our beer in the room. Price was good and it is pet friendly- that’s it."
