We were delighted to stay in this new and very clean property twice on our way to and from the Maritimes. It was a very convenient stopover, close to the highway and other amenities. There is lots of free outdoor parking. The room (with 2 queens) was spacious and had everything we needed, including a small fridge. The bathroom was quite large. The outdoor pool was small (more of a hot tub), yet pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect place with Thai take out across the road, a bakery and cafe also close. We went for a run on a designated trail and then explored the Chaudiere Falls with exceptional walking trails all walking distance away. The staff were friendly and helpful after a long day of driving. Lots of ample parking and great hot breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Even the guy at the front desk on checkout said this is a 2 star hotel. When I went to check out he didn't speak to me. Handed me the statement and just scowled. When I told him I wasn't happy with the stay he just told me that if I wanted 5 star treatment I shouldn't book a 2 star hotel! He had absolutely no interest in hearing suggestions on how it could have been better, he just wanted us to be on our way. Note: they don't have anything gluten free for their included breakfast (in fact half laughed when I asked). Note: although there are 2 EV chargers, you may not get to use them. They have no system to ensure people don't just plug in and leave their car there over night. Note: if you want customer service or any semblance of respect I suggest you try the Econolodge in Levis. They may not have a breakfast included, but they go out of their way to show actual hospitality. Will not be returning to the ”2 star hotel” at an inflated price.

Booked for 3 nights in an outside access room at a confirmed rate of $ 147.68. upon arrival the check in indicated that we were booked for an upper floor which was totally incorrect. if we wanted the outside access the rate was over $200.00 per night plus all the fees which averaged out to be $239.40 per night. They would not honor my reservation. When i get my final bill there was a upgrade charge of $15 per night plus the taxes and fees. I could have stayed at the Sheraton for $203.00/night. The hotel room had a smell and the carpet was stained. Breakfast was the worst i ever experienced. half frozen boiled eggs, no hot water 2 mornings and the toaster only worked 1 of the 3 days. People go somewhere else if you want a satisfying stay. we stayed at the Quality Inn the night before and it was excellent.

The hotel is modern, clean, simple, and not crowded. Highlights were 1. The coffee-maker near the front desk; It makes (complimentary) on-demand coffee, espresso, hot chocolate and everything in between. 2. the outdoor pool (or is it a hot tub?). Guests must sign up for a one hour timeblock to use the pool, which is brilliant. 3. Simple gym. No one was in the facility during our entire stay. 4. The complimentary continental breakfast had something for everyone, and was set up to be safe (the staff prepared the food guests select). When my teenager went through the line a second time, it did not raise an eyebrow. 5. Pet-friendly room options on the first floor, right near the door. 6. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the functionally well-designed rooms too. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is really special. They have a gracious, energetic staff who provide attentive but unpretentious hospitality. Room was meticulously clean and the whole place is beautifully decorated. Location is great - it’s at the bottom of the big hill, in a relatively quiet part of the old town, however just a couple of blocks from the Petite Champlain (get up early to avoid crowds there - at 7am I took photos with no one in them and got a nice coffee). This was a splurge for me, but I won’t ever forget staying here.

Booked for 3 nights in an outside access room at a confirmed rate of $ 147.68. upon arrival the check in indicated that we were booked for an upper floor which was totally incorrect. if we wanted the outside access the rate was over $200.00 per night plus all the fees which averaged out to be $239.40 per night. They would not honor my reservation. When i get my final bill there was a upgrade charge of $15 per night plus the taxes and fees. I could have stayed at the Sheraton for $203.00/night. The hotel room had a smell and the carpet was stained. Breakfast was the worst i ever experienced. half frozen boiled eggs, no hot water 2 mornings and the toaster only worked 1 of the 3 days. People go somewhere else if you want a satisfying stay. we stayed at the Quality Inn the night before and it was excellent.

When I told him I wasn't happy with the stay he just told me that if I wanted 5 star treatment I shouldn't book a 2 star hotel! He had absolutely no interest in hearing suggestions on how it could have been better, he just wanted us to be on our way. Note: they don't have anything gluten free for their included breakfast (in fact half laughed when I asked). Note: although there are 2 EV chargers, you may not get to use them. They have no system to ensure people don't just plug in and leave their car there over night. Note: if you want customer service or any semblance of respect I suggest you try the Econolodge in Levis. They may not have a breakfast included, but they go out of their way to show actual hospitality. Will not be returning to the ”2 star hotel” at an inflated price.

We were delighted to stay in this new and very clean property twice on our way to and from the Maritimes. It was a very convenient stopover, close to the highway and other amenities. There is lots of free outdoor parking. The room (with 2 queens) was spacious and had everything we needed, including a small fridge. The bathroom was quite large. The outdoor pool was small (more of a hot tub), yet pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

This place is really special. They have a gracious, energetic staff who provide attentive but unpretentious hospitality. Room was meticulously clean and the whole place is beautifully decorated. Location is great - it’s at the bottom of the big hill, in a relatively quiet part of the old town, however just a couple of blocks from the Petite Champlain (get up early to avoid crowds there - at 7am I took photos with no one in them and got a nice coffee). This was a splurge for me, but I won’t ever forget staying here.

The hotel is modern, clean, simple, and not crowded. Highlights were 1. The coffee-maker near the front desk; It makes (complimentary) on-demand coffee, espresso, hot chocolate and everything in between. 2. the outdoor pool (or is it a hot tub?). Guests must sign up for a one hour timeblock to use the pool, which is brilliant. 3. Simple gym. No one was in the facility during our entire stay. 4. The complimentary continental breakfast had something for everyone, and was set up to be safe (the staff prepared the food guests select). When my teenager went through the line a second time, it did not raise an eyebrow. 5. Pet-friendly room options on the first floor, right near the door. 6. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the functionally well-designed rooms too. I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place with Thai take out across the road, a bakery and cafe also close. We went for a run on a designated trail and then explored the Chaudiere Falls with exceptional walking trails all walking distance away. The staff were friendly and helpful after a long day of driving. Lots of ample parking and great hot breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel.
