"This hotel has the worst service I've ever booked on Ctrip, bar none. The environment is okay, but the terrible service is a major flaw. I can understand the high demand during the Chinese New Year holiday, but such a large front desk only had one person handling check-in. I arrived at 12 noon and was told my room wasn't ready yet, and to go out for lunch, which they said would take about 40 minutes. When I returned two and a half hours later, there was still no room. Finally, in desperation, they arranged a room for me, without a single apology. I had luggage, and when I asked if they had a stroller, they said no, but it turned out they did. The room wasn't cleaned properly either. In short, the service here doesn't match the hotel's reputation, and I will never choose to stay here again. It's not close to the film studio at all; you have to drive there, so it's really not a good choice."
