"Very sterile and business like hotel. Not our style as we feel it had no soul. Rooms and hotel are modern. Had to ask staff to get water. Breakfast is nice but not the same if you are there in the week or at the weekend! At the weekend there is a buffet with a good selection but in the week the staff serve you breakfast, like in most places in Ecuador, but the selection is massively reduced. For instance you cannot get any muesli, there are less fruit and no Ecuadorian hot foods. The hotel room is very small. Staff don’t speak English."

My brother in law celebrated his birthday and the staff made sure to make it special for him. The bedrooms, atmosphere, staff, gardens, food were all amazing!"
