"The customer service is bad! We are traveling from the U.S. to Vancouver and booked this hotel for 2 nights. We didn’t bring the dog inside the room but they’re trying to charge $80 for my 2 dogs for two nights staying. I told them to check the camera; still, they didn’t check and gave us free to go without charging! Honestly, they’re trying to steal the money from us if we didn’t mention checking the security camera! Be careful when you travel with your dogs in this hotel! The room is not clean still has some dirty inside!"
