Tamar Valley Resort Grindelwald ★★★

"One night, the door on the second floor of this villa quietly opened with a creaking sound. I got up to look for it and it was not open. I was so scared! The next morning, when I was packing my luggage, I saw the door slowly creaking open... I went to check and found that it was an attic storage room. It was quite scary!"

Launceston Holiday Park Legana ★★★

"I’m a traveler from Asia, and I only discovered the heating switch at the last minute. It would be better if you could provide a sign or label for it. Also, it would be helpful to let guests know in advance that shampoo and body wash are not provided."
