KKeile charlesI can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

GGuest UserThe front desk was a little scarce at night but when the guy was at the front he was always attentive. I don’t remember his name but he wears a vest a lot. And the food service people were great very kind and food was always stocked

SSandy CherryIt is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!

GGuest UserWe took the trip to go Jacksonville down town and stayed a night in this hotel which is only 15 mins drive. There is nothing to complain about the hotel. Spacious entrance lobby. Environment is quiet and peaceful. There is a restaurant where we have fish fillets in the evening which are soft and tasty. Cheesecake is also good.

GGuest UserConvenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.

BBowmanI had a problem with the first room and was moved immediately due to the electrical problem that was happening in the room. Overall it was clean and the customer service was great.
