XXiaoxiaozhi：）The decoration is very tasteful, the service is also very good, the room has a small kitchen bar, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooker and tableware are all available. There is a free washing machine and dryer on the 6th floor. The location is very good, a few minutes drive from the train station and only ten minutes walk to Yale University. There is a popular ice cream shop nearby.

GGuest UserThere was a hair on the pillow, and the quilt was not covered by the duvet cover, there was a stain, and the duvet cover was just two single pieces of cloth, and I was always afraid that it would touch the stain. There was no water!

GGuest UserThe driver took me to the hotel entrance, but I didn't recognize it because the entrance was too small. However, the room caught my eye. It was a retro little shop. There was a small supermarket opened by a Korean, a milk tea shop opened by an Indian, and a ramen shop opened by a Japanese opposite. They all tasted good.

Vvicky4712The location is very central, easy to go everywhere, and there is an art gallery next to it, which is worth a visit. The coffee bar in the lobby has a very good environment. The room is very clean, bright and comfortable. The bathroom area is slightly small.

MMuhammad Sabir JanLocation is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip.
For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really nice and clean. Its design is wonderful. The hotel service team is really nice and friendly. Also, if you arrive at the Train station, you could call their free shuttle service (it is operated by 15:00). The hotel lounge is wide and very cozy. We regret staying only one night at the New Heaven. It is really a recommendable hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The room is also awesome. You can enjoy the harbor view in your cozy room!!! If I return to travel New Heaven, I will definitely choose this hotel.

1117715****We were visiting the school, and this was the worst hotel with terrible service! I booked a king-size bed plus a sofa bed, which cost 300 yuan more than a standard room. However, the dark-skinned woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. When I got to the room, I found it was a standard room. I went downstairs to talk to her, and she was full of lies, saying they had upgraded us to two beds because the room I booked was no longer available. We immediately reported it to Ctrip, and another male front desk staff member changed our room. The service at this hotel is just awful! It doesn't live up to Yale's reputation!

JJohanRTLocation was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly.
Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere.
All staff were very kind and service minded.
