Their disadvantages. The room I booked had no air conditioning. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage from the toilet.

Stopped for two nights. A great place to visit all the sights of St. Petersburg. Every day you can. Located in a residential house on the last floor, classic Peter Parade, there is an elevator. We lived in room 4 with a view on the roof. In the room, it should be noted, there is a refrigerator . Normal beds, there are slippers, good , by the way , quality, there are things to compare, roll-sapple belongings, which I didn't notice in the room- is the refrigerator, I think it wasn't, I didn't have it for anything, but whom it matters- be aware, Perhaps it is in the general hall, but I'm not sure. The location is excellent, you can get to everything on foot! A cozy and unusual hotel. The rysh is a shop where you can buy products and souvenirs at affordable prices. You can also walk to the Petropavlov Fortress, the Hermitage in two steps. Also positive: tea is provided 24 hours a day, there are breakfasts, but we have not used them. The photo shows a few photos that will help, I hope, easily find the door to the entrance on the fifth floor of which the hotel is located. The Admiralty embankment must be rolled down to the Kerch alley, on the right there will be a food shop, just two doors away. Left and there is an entrance to the entrance where the hotel is located.
We recommend Bronze unequivocally . It was all wonderful ! ! For Thanks to Irina and Anna for the warm reception!

The location was hard to find, mainly because there was no storefront. I circled the hotel entrance several times and called the owner before finally spotting the main door. It was just a normal family front door with a hotel name sign on it (I regret not looking closer; I was predisposed to looking for a hotel storefront). The hotel's location was quite good. There was a bus stop right outside, a subway station about ten meters away, a pedestrian street next door, and a McDonald's diagonally opposite. It was a converted guesthouse; the rooms were small, and the bathrooms had separate shower and toilet areas. The dining area had a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was nutritionally balanced, had everything you'd expect, and suited Chinese tastes. There weren't strict time limits; sometimes breakfast was still available until after 10 am. Sometimes we packed food and ate it in the dining area. The rooms didn't have electric kettles, but the dining area had an electric water heater and bottled water, so it was quite convenient. The guests were mostly Europeans. Aside from the small rooms, there were no other complaints.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in. When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter. We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently. The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath! The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite. There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned. Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP. The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this! One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes. Definitely a highly recommended hotel!
Discover all that Petrogradsky has to offer during your stay at Nomera near Ermitazh.
The room was fairly clean, but check-in was extremely inconvenient. They hadn't sent an email, and I had to make numerous phone calls over three hours before finally checking in. It was very difficult and inconvenient, so I wouldn't highly recommend it.

Amazing
GGuest UserThis store is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in this trip to Russia, with convenient transportation, clean and comfortable. The Winter Palace can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, because it is early to arrive in St. Petersburg, worried that you can't check in, the staff is very enthusiastic, help check in early, and intimately inform the WI-FI password. The room was very clean, the decoration was very atmospheric, and the microwave, hot water bottle and other supplies were also intimately provided. I hope more friends will find this treasure shop in St. Petersburg.
MMingtiankeyidangyuhangyuanmaAfter all, the Russian Four Seasons has been separated from the Four Seasons headquarters, but the quality is still online. The sanitation and facilities are impeccable, it is a bit old, but it also has a unique style in this location. The surrounding environment is also very good, very close to the Winter Palace.
GGuest UserIt is far away from the city and has convenient surroundings. It has a four-star logo. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious but not expensive. There is a classical piano in the bar in the evening. Opposite is a ”Friday” supermarket. The apartment facilities are similar to those in China, but there is a kitchen and tableware. The environment is very good. It's a relatively new building, so you don't have to worry about traveling with a car. How could such a good place not have reviews? The price/performance ratio is very good.
CChouchougangbaobeiFirst, the pros: The hotel's exterior and interior are beautiful, and the receptionists speak English. You can also apply for an extra hour of free late check-out. The cons: The entrance is on the first floor, and the reception is on the second floor. You have to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs. The staff just watch you the whole time but don't help you. It's not very friendly. I stayed on the 5th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor. You have to walk down another floor!
GGuest UserI stayed at the Crown Hotel for three weeks, and it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding—the staff were always happy, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed.
The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of space. The bathroom was excellent as well, and most importantly, it had a shattaf, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from Nevsky Street and only a minute from both the metro and the railway station. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the Crown Hotel again when I return to Saint Petersburg.
TTeddyFantastic!
Amenities: Very comprehensive, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom. Overall, the facilities are excellent.
Cleanliness: Impeccable. They cleaned the room every day.
Location/Environment: Superb! It's just off Nevsky Prospekt, which makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, entertainment, and dining.
Service: Excellent! The staff were always smiling and friendly, and never showed any impatience even when I couldn't speak Russian.
LlerycherWe rented this hotel just for one night, but then decided to keep our stay. I didn’t expect that there were such nice rooms with a beautiful view of the historical part of St. Petersburg. We stayed in a room with a balcony. The view opened up along the entire Nevsky Prospekt and this is the best viewpoint to take nice pics. The hotel is clean, breakfast was delicious. You should consider that it is located on the 4th floor and has no elevator. But this is normal thing for European places with its old hisorical buildings in the centre. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it👍
AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.
AAnonymous UserVery clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.
