Very nice hotel in Mandalay. Excellent service. Breakfast is really good and with a wide variety. You can also have a complimentary drink by the poolside at the rooftop during happy hour late in the afternoon. I also appreciated that I was able to arrange a ride to the airport with them.

The place was nice but it’s was too far from the city.

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Value for money, two staff can speak English fluently and all staff are helpful and customer caring. They help to arrange transportations efficiently and provide recommendations for sight seeing. Foods are fine. Even though some of the staff are unable speak English, they would try their best to offer help.

This is my first time visiting Mandalay. I read the reviews that this hotel is new and in a great location. Overall, my experience has been okay in terms of cleanliness, location, staff support, and value for money. The biggest issue that needs improvement is the WiFi. It's really bad, and we couldn't even use it for basic web browsing.

It good hotel. 3-rd floor everything is old and used. 2-nd floor renovated and clean. Restaurant and breakfast good. Has gym, swimming pool. Reception stuff is good and helpful.

Overall good but the hotel conditions as overall quite old.

Nice price, nice view, and nice design, I am recommending the solo traveler
