AAnzac TravellerThis is certainly one of the best Mercure that I have ever stayed at. The owner and management must have put in tremendous effort to do up the interior decor. The lobby lounge was so homely opulent. The room was tastefully modern and done up, though do note that the bathroom did not have a door, so it was easy to get a chill after a hot shower, especially in winter. Breakfast room was cozy but the spread was excellent with hot selections, a rarity for small european hotels! Bus stop right at front of hotel to catch the free bus #9 to town.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

GGuest UserNothing but praises for this beautifully appointed apartment. Pics shown online are true and actual. Everything you needed at home is provided for, from toiletries to hairdryer to kitchen tools & appliances. The apartment was spacious and beds were comfy. Check-in was prompt and fuss free, and we arrived much earlier than expected but the friendly staff generously granted us an early check-in. He also shared food options around town. The place was also a short walk to many of the attractions, though we also made full use of the free public transport. Only con was drainage in sinks is a bit slow. Free laundry facilities were also available, just bring your own detergent!

GGuest UserWe are very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and cozy. Friendly reception and very good breakfast. Very Convenient location. There is a bus stoppage just outside the hotel, you can go to anywhere with Free transportation in Luxembourg. They have free airport shuttle, hotel is very near to airport which may take maximum 5 minutes.

GGuest UserTravelled to Luxembourg with two friends, 3 people overall. The location is spectacular, very close to the main station as well as the city center. Just great. The room itself was alright, nothing fancy, generally clean. Towels were provided. No AC, so be aware of that in summer time. The beds were not very long, but if you are below 1.85m you should be fine!

First and foremost, I must commend the lovely staff who made my stay exceptionally pleasant. Their warmth and hospitality added a personal touch that truly stood out. The breakfast offered at the hotel was good, providing a variety of options to start the day on a positive note. I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were well-maintained and adequate for my workout routines. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location, conveniently accessible via Luxembourg's free transport network. This made getting around the city a breeze I was also pleased with the early check-in option, which made my arrival smooth and convenient. The toiletries provided added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay. The TV with English channels was appreciated, making it easy to unwind with familiar programming. However, I did find the pool to be a bit too busy during my stay, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing swim. It would be great if the hotel could manage this better, perhaps by implementing a booking system or extending the pool hours. All in all, my stay at the Doubletree by Hilton, Luxembourg, was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others.

GGuest UserThis is a good hotel right by the central train station and not too far away from the main sights of Luxembourg City. Getting around the city is easy with frequent teams, busses and trains from the nearby station and all public transport is free within the country! The room was good and the beds/pillow were comfy. The room is a bit small but we had enough space to put our things including some space under the bed for our bags. They had a small table in the room with a chair, some shelving and a pretty big TV for the room size. The bathroom was good too with some decent shower products and while most of the room and bathroom appeared clean they seemed to be having some issues with the shower ceiling and that could use some attention. We picked this hotel for the location and the affordable breakfast option because we only had a day to explore Luxembourg and felt the hotel breakfast would be a good start to our day. The breakfast had a nice selection of breads including a seasonal pastry, a pancake machine, cereals, yoghurt and some nice deli meats and cheeses. The juice and coffee machine were also pretty good and they had some to go cups for the tea/coffee. The location of the hotel is maybe not the best for families because it is surrounded by gentleman's clubs and possibly the red light area of Luxembourg. We didn't see anything too bad but would exercise a degree of caution in this area. There are a few restaurants, bars and quite a few shops nearby. We booked this hotel mainly because it was affordable and would consider staying here again to save some money while travelling through Europe. Being here during the Christmas Market season was fantastic and there are lots of nice things to do around the city.

TTanBowieSuper lovely place! Staff was helpful and welcoming. The space was great along with the different things provided. There were sufficient towels, coffee and tea provided. As my friends and I had booked this place last minute, we were really glad that they were able to host us and allow us to stay comfortably for the night. The house is also near the city which was very convenient.
