Amazing
PPo_cThis is my first stay at this hotel.
The location is closed to train station and you can find convenience store nearby.
The area is quiet at night but there’s plenty of food selection nearby.
Overall, I enjoyed staying with this hotel. The room got big TV and the bed is comfy. The bathroom itself separate into bathtub and shower area. The hotel provide amenities such as toothbrush, cleansers and so on.

GGuest UserLocation: 5/5 stars; This hotel is excellent for anyone attending shows, games, or conferences at KINTEX. Apart from the hotel inside KINTEX itself, this is the closest one. You exit the GTX line, walk through a small commercial area, and the hotel is right there. It takes about five to six minutes to walk from the hotel to KINTEX if you know the way, but if it's your first time, finding your way might take over ten minutes.
Facilities: 5/5 stars; The hotel is divided into East and West wings and has all the necessary facilities and services. Right next to it is a small commercial street with restaurants and three or four convenience stores. Not far away are other commercial areas and a shopping center with an Olive Young and an entire floor of fast-food restaurants. On the back side of the KINTEX convention center, there are also various restaurants popular with locals. Overall, it's very convenient.
Room: 4/5 stars; The room is very spacious, definitely living up to 5-star hotel standards, and the hygiene is good. The mini-bar in the room is complimentary, and it's quiet at night. The downsides are that the single bed is really small, and the room looks quite dated, giving off a 1990s vibe.

제제이드87I think the location was the biggest draw. It was conveniently located near the subway station, so there were a variety of shops, and the rooms on the higher floors had unobstructed views, so it wasn't stuffy. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, the TV remote had the batteries plugged in together, which at first I thought was broken. I'm not sure if it was to save batteries, but it was quite a surprise. ^^;; So I had no choice but to open the cable set-top box, and when I did, there was a snowy field of dust. It seemed they only cleaned the visible areas. The bathroom and toilet were impeccably cleaned. Considering it was a holiday, there wasn't much noise, with the exception of a crying baby. Hahaha.
The shower water pressure is a matter of personal preference. Perhaps because it's on the 18th floor, the water flow wasn't very powerful. On the other hand, the sink and toilet water pressure were good. Overall, it wasn't bad, so I would definitely visit again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. It's about 100 meters from Exit 5 of Dahua Station. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from Gaoyang Gymnasium. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. The hotel is clean and tidy, which is better than expected. It's a good choice for watching concerts.

I don't know if there is a problem with Ctrip's address positioning or the domestic navigation app. Anyway, the navigation was wrong at the beginning. If anyone encounters the same problem, please remember that the hotel is very close to the subway station.
In addition, Gaoyang is very beautiful in this season and suitable for casual strolling

GGuest UserThe hotel I booked for a concert was very close to the venue, which was very convenient, but the price was also very high. The hotel was a bit... because I booked it early, the price was very high, but on the day of the event, it was not so high. I hope it can be improved. For such a high price, I can definitely book a better hotel. There is an extra charge for early check-in. Overall, it's just average.

NNeitaA charming, cozy little old hotel run by the loveliest couple. They still write the guest list by hand—how beautiful is that? In November, they even provided a bed warmer, which was perfect for someone like me who’s always cold. They took the time to personally show me how to operate the TV and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely visit again!

SsushimohanWhilst the cleanliness of the room and especially the toilet was good considering the type of hotel it is, my biggest issue was the sockets.
I understand that Korea uses a different type of socket. I had my travel adapters handy. But the sockets were so old that
1) my adapter couldn't be plugged in tightly. So it was always loose and sometimes would even fall off.
2) it was super slow charging!
They had provided a cable with multiple chargers that was attached to an electrical supply. But the typeC wouldn't work. That cable was useless.
With the one socket that would actually charge at a decent pace, I had to interchange over the night amongst my 2 handphones, power bank and WiFi router.

CChanokchon_NanaThe room was spacious and comfortable, not cramped at all. There is a convenience store nearby, which is very convenient. I was especially impressed with the heated bed — it made sleeping very comfortable.
However, what I was really disappointed about was that some of my belongings went missing. I had placed them properly in the room, and there was nothing to indicate that they were trash. I reported this to the reception, and the staff searched for my items the next day, but unfortunately, not everything was returned.
If you plan to stay here, I would recommend keeping your personal belongings secure.

The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
