The Art Hotel Niigata Station's location is very ideal. It has a sheltered link way to the Train Station. There are also many shops around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. Definitely worth revisiting.

We booked a Superior Room 25 Sq m Location is not near Niigata Station But it’s Bandai Centre, lots of shopping & eating My friend was sick, front desk was helpful finding a clinic nearby.

Love everything about this hotel except for one important complaint that the pillows are small and lacking support causing neck pain the next day. Please let me know if you offer other pillows and we will definite back !

What a hidden gem! The service is impeccable! We stayed in the special room, it was huge and so comfortable, with our own private tub as well. The dinner was presented beautifully and tasted great! The ryokan has managed to provide excellent service while maintaining privacy as well. They provide a shuttle (please call the hotel directly in advance) to and fro from the Iwamuro train station. Overall, it was a very memorable onsen trip for us!

We recently stayed at Hotel Okura in Niigata and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully situated overlooking the Shinano River, providing stunning views, especially during sunset. We particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available at the hotel, including a French restaurant and a Japanese restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests we had. Overall, Hotel Okura Niigata offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niigata.

I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

A cosy stay in the heart of Niigata, enjoyed the comfortable bed and relaxing bathtub. Breakfast buffet featured a good spread of local typical foods.
