Hotels near Shikama-ko, Himeji

Got upgraded to double bed room. Room is clean. Breakfast is wonderful. Love the Hot spring ♨️. U can have free ice-cream and ramen after bath And, very close to station. Highly recommend here 🙂

Such a great stay we had! The room was spacious, bathroom big, and we had a beautiful view from the window. Stuff was very polite and friendly.

Breakfast buffet ( included in the hotel price) is very delicious with many varieties, especially freshly squeezed fruit, vegetable juice, fruits like apples, pineapples, mangoes which were not available in my previous hotel at Toyoko Inn at Fukuyama. However, my only problem was my knee issue ( chronic joints pain) as it was a bit difficult due to pain to get onto the elevated bathroom in the room.

Excellent location. Less than 2 minutes from Himeji Railway Station. Even can do my laundry!

Small, but nice clean rooms. Right next to the Train Station, which can be good or Bad depending on your needs. Breakfast was ok.

It's close to Himeji Castle, with supermarket nearby. The facility is clean. The staff recommended walking around Himeji Castle during the night time, it was really nice and beautiful. Staffs are not always around, even drop luggage before check in should be done after 10am, so be aware of check in and check out time.

Hotel Livemax Himeji is centralised located near the train station. The highlight is definitely the onsen. Though it’s a bit small, it is definitely comfortable and help keeps me relaxed after long day of travel. The room has all the basic amenities though I find the color scheme a bit dark. We took the smoking room even though we don’t smoke. It was a bit dusty but no cigarette smell. Onsen tax is about SGD $3 per night. Overall I will stay again as it is comfortable and has a good onsen for the price I paid.

Price is very good, 10XX THB with onsen, 2 meal. Hotel is very close with Himeji station. I recommended. It’s suitable for solo traveller.
