Got upgraded to double bed room. Room is clean. Breakfast is wonderful. Love the Hot spring ♨️. U can have free ice-cream and ramen after bath And, very close to station. Highly recommend here 🙂

Quiet location but still only minutes from station and shops. We stayed for an extended period as visiting family and Stayed in a twin room which is a very good size. Plenty of room to ‘live’ . Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good, great choices and all very fresh. The breakfast area being used as a ‘lounge’ with free drinks from 2-8pm was very useful. Cannot speak highly enough of our stay. One very minor thing, is that there is no room safe so if you feel the need to lock valuables away they have to be deposited with reception. Would highly recommend Richmond Hotel.

Hotel Livemax Himeji is centralised located near the train station. The highlight is definitely the onsen. Though it’s a bit small, it is definitely comfortable and help keeps me relaxed after long day of travel. The room has all the basic amenities though I find the color scheme a bit dark. We took the smoking room even though we don’t smoke. It was a bit dusty but no cigarette smell. Onsen tax is about SGD $3 per night. Overall I will stay again as it is comfortable and has a good onsen for the price I paid.

Really good experience in there!!! Love their hot spring!!!!!! You can have the really beautiful view when you enjoy the hot spring!!! The service was really good and they try their best to communicate in English with me. However, don’t expect that the room is so clean. Is still acceptable for me. Strongly recommended if you drive a car to there.

Great onsen. Big room. Reasonably good breakfast. Also friendly and efficient staffs which makes this hotel a good one.

My wife and I stayed at a Japanese-Style Room with Japanese Cypress Open-Air Bath on the Terrace. The hotel has English speaking staff who was very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, and the servers Mr Shiraiwa and Ms Yamaguchi provided excellent services. This is one of the best onsen ryokans we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.

We had a really good stay here. The hotel is in a great spot, not too far from Himeji station and very easy to get to the castle from there. The highlight for us was definitely the free public bath inside the hotel. It was so relaxing to use the sento after a long day of walking. The room was comfortable and the whole experience was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The building was extremely old and poorly lit; the reception area, the guest rooms everything felt dim and gloomy. The room slippers were not disposable, which I found unhygienic, so I couldn't bring myself to wear them. Since my room was located right near the elevator, I could clearly hear the sounds of people walking in the hallway; furthermore, even while inside my room, the conversations from neighboring guest rooms were so loud that I couldn't get any sleep at night.
