Excellent service, great food and stunning view. A hotel with long history yet still in good condition. Had a good memories staying in this hotel. Will definitely come back next time.

Great location, very near amanohashidate train station and also right beside the rotating bridge. Managed to catch a great view of the bridge rotating in the morning while the boat passed. Also very near amanohashidate view land. Lovely ryokan and the kaiseki meals were amazing. Very authentic Japanese ryokan experience and the service is great too. Highly recommended

I got a full course meal with mix of European and Japanese cuisine for dinner and breakfast. Incidentally my room was facing east and towards the bay, so I could catch the sunrise. At 530 am I could see the buildings across the bay waking up. The room given to me was very big, could easily fit a family in there.

This is my favorite hotel when I travel abroad! Inside, you can make tea, matcha, and even take a bath! What's amazing is that they have a special flowing water breakfast the next morning! It's delicious! The environment is very quiet! The staff are also incredibly friendly; I really loved it! If you're going to Amanohashidate or Ineko, you can stay here, but it's a bit far! But it's totally worth it! This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in; I really love it and highly recommend it!

My stay at Mercure Kyoto Miyazu Resort & Spa was incredible! The classic Japanese-style room was beautifully designed with tatami mats and a serene ambiance, offering a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the onsen facilities were truly relaxing. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The traditional Kyoto-style breakfast was a delightful highlight. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

Hotel location is very good for self driving travelers. The hotel is a traditional building with very good service. The staff are friendly. There were two issues due to our room location. One of them was our room located next to the public toilet. When we passed through the toilet going back to the room, it was a bit smelly. The second issue was the guest making noise by stepping around upstairs during the midnight. Other than that, the hotel itself is fantastic.

Wonderful hostel! The girl on the reception is most helpful and friendly. It is 7-10 minutes from the bus stop, partially uphill, but the breathtaking view from terrace is worth it. Dinner and breakfast is substantial and tasty, free tea and coffee all day long. In the bathroom they have a small but nice sento! I highly recommend it!

Manager went out of his way to help us with our room problem and we were more than satisfied with the result. He also helped carry our two large luggage upstairs. Thank you!
