GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing a superb price for a superb location it's quality was outstanding incredible attention to detail.Quality branding of toiletries and personal slippers and the breakfast was of the highest choice and variety......wonderful coffee croissants fruit cooked breakfast cereal and continental cheeses and ham outstanding. They also have an exclusive and relaxing tranquil terrace to relax and retire in after. Cannot recommend enough. Italian panache at its best.

GGuest UserI had a lovely stay at this hotel — it’s clean, cozy, and feels very homey. The staff were amazing, especially Adiam, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even let us have breakfast after the official time, which really shows their thoughtfulness and hospitality. We stayed in a room for four, and it was spacious and comfortable — not cramped at all. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. One thing to note: it’s close to a hospital, so it might be a bit noisy at times for light sleepers. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Pisa!

GGuest UserExcellent service by receptionist Sylvia. The hotel is clean. The bed is comfortable. I was in the deep sleep so I don’t know if it’s noisy, The Location is great as we only went to Pisa tower once, which is 20 minutes walked. It’s literally in front of Pisa train station which will take you to Florence in less than an hour. I recommend NH hotel.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is in a great place, quiet and you can see the tower in the distance which is about a 15 minute walk away! The reception area and foyer are nice and spotlessly clean. The pool area and garden are great and the staff there were very friendly and attentive! Our room was large and perfectly fine, however there were a couple of electrical sockets not working and the bathroom/ shower in particular were showing their age and not in the best condition it took ages for the water to drain which made the floor really slippery and it was badly discoloured , they could do with an update!

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room. I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic. The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go. A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive. The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean. Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum. Thank you for the rest.

RRChung_zelatorWent there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of the hotel as all the guests who are stepping into the lobby will see his such bad attitude toward guests .. that is not really matching with the entire atmosphere of the hotel .. breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for other guests

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, just outside the walls of Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa. There is a McDonald's downstairs. It is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest Pisa train station (not Pisa Central Station). It is suitable for arriving late and leaving early to stay overnight and experience the Leaning Tower of Pisa day and night. There is no elevator, so you need to carry your suitcases up the stairs. There is a rooftop where you can see the city wall. The facilities are acceptable.
