The hotel location is average, but the decoration and interior design are very good, full of Arabian style, luxurious atmosphere, and the design of the bathroom is very Nordic, which is a perfect score. Breakfast was very varied and service was in place. The gym was a little disappointed, very small and very few equipment. The account manager at the front desk has to make a point, it's just too embarrassing. I've lived in so many five-star hotels and no one speaks to customers like him. Obviously I paid the full amount when I checked in, but when I renewed my room, I was charged an extra 807 rupees. Then I found out that it was an internal problem of the hotel. In summary, I hope the hotel can improve the gym and train the service quality. Oh yes, it's also very strange that the lights in the entrance of the room can't be turned off. The waiter must come over and twist the light bulb to turn off ...

I recently stayed at Olive Hotel in Indiranagar, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were genuinely some of the most amazing people I've encountered—they were attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The service was flawless, and everything felt so well-organized and welcoming. That said, I did notice that the ventilation could use some improvement. It wasn't a major issue, but better airflow would definitely elevate the comfort level even more. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place is quite near to the location, where I was for business trip. I think it is deserved to book and I will reserve next time if I go to Singapore.

I come to Bangalore on a regular basis for my work, this is my go to hotel as it provides good facilities with a perfect-location to all nearby restaurants and clubs. Especially Shivam who paid a special attention towards making my stay delightful. Overall decent experience.

Banyan tree provides great accommodation options in the city and especially when one has to travel long distance for their professional reasons. The hotel is located at a prime location, and has great amenities within walking distance make it even a great stay. Staff are very friendly, warm, room is well equipped and furnished, the wifi connection is robust. It is an ideal place for my stay week on week. A highly recommended stay within indiranagar who wants stay within the bustling part of the city.

Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again

Very good location, easy access to places near v indiranagar heal area. Room was neat. Linens clean. Ceiling mounted ac was very efficient. Adequate furnitures. The room didn't have a good view opening into neighbouring houses( it's ok for a business trip etc. Amenities in the toilet was adequate, but, could be maintained well with rusting hand showers pipes salt deposited plumbings etc need attention. Service response was prompt. Food, complimentary breakfast is provided which is procured from outside. Overall value for money.

Выбирал отель из соображений улучшения качества прибывания в Бангалоре. До переезда в этот отель снимали четыре номера в небольшом отеле, рядом с местом работы. По картинке с сайта и по отзывам сложилось впечатление, что отель - то, что нужно. К сожалению впечатления сложившиеся по отзывам начали рушиться уже при заселении в гостиницу. На входе нас встретил досмотр как в аэропорте. Личный инструмент (а мы приехали в город работать) пронести в номер не разрешили (при выезде возникли сложности с упаковыванием багажа!). При заезде специально спросили про ужин, на что менеджер нам рассказал всё кроме того, что нужно специально подойти на стойку регистрации и заявить конкретное желание. Изначально мы задавали вопрос про ужин подразумевая ужинать в отеле, в процессе разговора решили, что вопрос решён. Сходили поужинать, и нам выкатили счёт в 1,5 раза больше заявленного. На все попытки урегулировать недоразумение менеджер ”прикидывался дураком”. Для отеля, позиционирующего себя на 4 звезды, менеджер, не способный урегулировать инцидент (возникший в том числе и по его вине) как минимум непонятно. Дальше-больше, по телевизору смотреть нечего! Если до этого мы жили в маленьком беззвёздном отеле и там был смарт-ТВ в каждом номере, то тут подобие кабельного, но без ассортимента. Номера просторные, и было бы хорошо, если бы в них проводили какое-нибудь обновление интерьера, но сложилось впечатление, что интерьер остался со времён строительства отеля. Система кондиционирования в целом работала, но её пульт разваливался и не давал уверенности в правильной его работе. Не плохой вид из окна портят грязные окна, на вопрос о том, чтоб их помыли, менеджер сказал, что они не открываются и такой возможности нет, в предыдущем отеле всё было гораздо лучше. Шторы проедены молью или от времени прохудились. В душевой стены скользкие, слой биоты не даёт ощущения безопасности, впрочем и в бассейне, расположенном на крыше похожая ситуация. В отношении обслуживающего номера персонал только самые добрые слова, приветливые и готовые помочь. То же касается и женщин из состава менеджеров. Мужчины же вели себя странно. Резюмируя вышенаписанное: Неплохое расположение, приветливый младший персонал (сервис). На этом плюсы кочаются. Четырёх звёзд совсем нет! Все плюсы нивелируются плохим содержанием и старостью интерьеров номеров. Неготовностью менеджеров искать компромиссы из созданных в том числе и по их вине ситуаций. Расположение в окружении пробок, утром и вечером выбраться затруднительно. Uber или Rapido не помогут в часы пик. Только пешие прогулки. Иностранным туристам, в особенности плохо или не говорящих по английски (каннада и хинди), не рекомендую этот отель к размещению.

Rooms are decent but not great. Services are very disappointing. There is no kitchen, and the staff outrightly rejects any request you try to make. I had to call the reception multiple times to ask for even basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, water bottles, room cleaning, etc... and the response and actions were always delayed. Below average breakfast was served with very limited options. They don't even serve tea or coffee apart from breakfast as well as they don't allow zomato/swiggy to deliver at your doorsteps. You need to come downstairs everytime you need to collect anything. Kanchan Cafe (adjacent to this proprty) serves very good tea and snacks The only advantage of this property is its location. They are located right opposite to The Leela and in the heart of Indira Nagar. Book only if you don't have any better options in Indira Nagar.
