GGuest UserThe apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport. The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room. Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus. Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us. Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building. It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

AAnonymous UserLast-minute booking for a staycation, and overall, it met my expectations. The room was very spacious, and not having a balcony was fine for a short stay. The small kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, crockery, kettle and all necessary details well taken care of. I particularly liked the shower, which had strong water pressure and flow. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The only downside was the bed—it was too soft for someone with back pain. However, given the price, it was a great stay. Recommended if you don’t mind a softer bed.

Numerous shops and hotels are nearby. After returning from the beach in the evening, you can enjoy dinner at one of the lively open-air restaurants lining the nearby streets. GGuest UserThe room was decent although a few things like the shower could use a slight renovation. Also for this type of hotel I was surprised that things like lotion or conditioner was not available in the room and I had to request it from reception. The bed was quite confortable and the breakfast excellent and varied. As for the sauna/hamam they were nice and big but I would have preferred them hotter. The indoor pool very nice as well. I was visiting the palais for a show so it was a bit of a long walk, but overall I would consider staying again depending on the price.
