I stayed here for one night and was truly impressed by the service, especially from a staff member named Osama. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to help us. When we struggled to book an Uber because drivers were demanding extra charges, Osama stepped in, arranged one for us at a fair price, and even prepaid without asking for immediate reimbursement—he simply told us to repay whenever convenient. Since we had an early morning schedule and needed breakfast before the official serving time, Osama kindly prepared and wrapped breakfast for us so we could take it along at 6–7am. This thoughtful gesture made our day much easier. Later, when it was time to head to the airport, we faced the same issue with Uber drivers asking for inflated fares (up to 1500 EGP). Once again, Osama helped us secure a ride at the lowest possible price. His kindness and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. Although I wasn’t able to transfer him a tip due to technical reasons, he absolutely deserved it. Overall, the hotel is good, but the staff—especially Osama—made the experience exceptional.

The hotel is new and the staff are very friendly. They helped me with my luggage, and when my Uber driver got lost, they even used their phone to call them for me. The only downside was that the water heater for the room next door was inside my closet. A guest took a shower at 4 AM, and the machine was so loud it woke me up. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Wonderful service, new facility that's well designed with a villa vibe, friendly and welcoming staff. Beds are comfortable too. Downside: we were overcharged for evening tea and biscuits and the continental breakfast was not up to standard as no hot food was given. It consisted of a cup of tea, 1 croissant, a slice of ham, cheese and yoghurt. Forget about eggs, baked beans, sausage, fruit, etc. Note to management: it's not clear for new guests to locate the reception on the 3rd floor when they come in for the first time. Please put more signage. Otherwise, I would recommend it 👍🏽

Hotel is clean and close to pyramids but walking distance can’t reach. Have to take uber/inDrive for 10mins ride to reach pyramids and the Egyptian museum. We arrived at 7am and asked for early checked in which costs extra $25 USD and included breakfast,we were so happy with it. The hotel already include breakfast for all the guests. However the room is not family friendly as the toilet is transparent. Might be difficult to stay if you have a teenager kids. Even with a bind but you still can see through the toilet. And the hotel doesn’t provide amenities except shampoo and shower gel and towels. A gentle reminder to prepare all those yourselves.

The location is excellent, with a pyramid-view room that boasts large windows, providing great ventilation and natural light. There were no strange odors in the room, and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The restaurant with a view is also a plus; you can even go to the terrace to take photos even if you're not dining there. The only downside is that the room faces the street, so there's car noise early in the morning and late at night, which might disturb light sleepers. However, I was fine with it; the location and view were more important to me.

This was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful. The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room) The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too. The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness. I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people. The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask. The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather. Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new. Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

This hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care. There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient. Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds. Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.

As a regular guest in the hotel i recommend this budget hotel for international visitors it is one of the best villa style hotels with lots of rooms and you will find everything around you will need from pharmacy to restaurants, ATM , coffee shop & offcourse not far from the giza pyramids , with a fine hotel team , thank you .

The view from the window of the pyramids is excellent. There was no hot water only once. The walk to the supermarket through the slums is terrifying. Giza is the poorest and dirtiest area of ​​Egypt. I would stay in this hotel for a couple of days to admire the pyramids, and then move on to Cairo or the coast.

nothing to complain. Really clean room, comfy bed, which was exactly match with photo. great location for both pyramid and GEM, but quiet so perfect to relax. All staffs were really friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed breakfast. best place in cairo. highly recommended
