This is our favourite hotel in Nuremberg!! Attention to detail on every step of the experience, their crews were simply amazing! They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. Little hi hiccup at check but got an upgrade so no matter!  Service was great, breakfast choices excellent, location next to main station, and a few steps into the old city, would recommend staying here!!!

The room is big and spacious, great value for money, with a comfy and comfortable bed. It’s also conveniently located near the metro station. Everything is good except no kettle in the room.

It’s perfect for families. Spacious rooms and it has everything from kitchen to clean bathrooms and TV. I would definitely recommend it.

You can arrive late at night without any worries since it's only a 1-minute walk, and you can even see the buses from the window. The train station is also nearby, about a 5-10 minute walk away. The lobby is spacious and offers various seating options, including sofas, dining tables, and coffee tables. There are table games available for a relaxed atmosphere while waiting, and there's a small section for kids as well. However, there are a few downsides. Towels are not provided, and the charging ports are limited to USB outlets, meaning you’ll have to use slower chargers since there are no dedicated power outlets.

In general, the experience is good. Not much service was needed during my stay. However, it will be lovely if the hotel can loan an electric power adaptor (German -＞ UK three-pin socket)
