Pleasantly surprised, for the cost it was a large, comfortable room, high ceilings and equipped with everything we needed. Although it’s unmanned everything ran smoothly and location was great too. Ate dinner in the restaurant and also tried the breakfast, no complaints. Would highly recommend

This was my first time staying at this apartment, and overall, I was incredibly satisfied—it's almost impossible to find any flaws!
First off, the amenities in the room were exceptionally complete! The kitchen had pots, pans, utensils, knives, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, spice jars, and even dish soap, trash bags, and kitchen paper towels. You can genuinely move in and start cooking and living right away without needing to run to the supermarket to buy a bunch of stuff.
The bed was very comfortable, the bedding was clean and tidy, the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi speed was fast enough, making for a very comfortable stay.
The only minor drawback is that there's no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs and carry your luggage yourself (we had two large suitcases plus backpacks, but it seems most apartment hotels don't have elevators). If you have very heavy luggage or mobility issues, it might be a bit challenging. Otherwise, there's really nothing to complain about.
A special highlight was that someone personally greeted us on a holiday weekend, and the check-in process was super smooth. The front desk staff were also very kind and patient; the service was truly exceptional, making us feel very valued.
In summary: Apart from the stairs, it was almost a perfect experience! It offers great value for money, and I would definitely book this place again on my next visit. I highly recommend it to travelers who appreciate cleanliness, fully equipped amenities, and a comfortable, independent living experience!

The room was clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied with the daily room service. The location is a bit remote, not very close to the tram station, so you need to walk a bit. The facilities are decent but nothing special, and the soundproofing is average; I could hear people talking in the hallway late at night.

Great value hotel with exceptional location across the road from the main railway station, so access to airport and town is perfect. The attention to detail by the staff to.make your stay comfortable was really noticeable, immaculately clean, rooms comfortable bed excellent, good shower so couldn't recommend this hotel any higher, has all the attributes and touches of a much more expensive property, so definitely recommend highly and would stay here again without any hesitation.

A very clean and quiet hostel with spacious, loft-style rooms. It was thoughtful of them to group us Asian girls together. The room had an independent bathroom and toilet, plus lockers, which was very convenient. The location is also excellent, though the stairs at the entrance made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient. However, the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and came down to help me. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

Checking in was late and it was very awkward. It took an hour to communicate before I could get through the gate. Fortunately, there were enthusiastic neighbors who helped me.
It was unexpected that the room had an open-air balcony. It was convenient to cook.
However, it costs 10 euros a day to clean the room and 1 euro to change the sheets, quilt covers and towels.
Overall, it is still okay

The hotel sheets had quite a bit of hair on them, making me question the cleanliness. The bathroom waterproofing was also poorly done, and the pictures in the hallway were a bit creepy and unsettling. On the plus side, it's close to the Powder Tower and the train station.

It was close to the National Museum and was in a convenient location for sightseeing.
The receptionist was very kind.
The breakfast buffet was also luxurious and good.
The room was in the attic and felt smaller and more modest than it looked in the photos, but the plumbing and facilities were generally clean and good.
However, the air conditioning was poor. The room was very hot if left as is, and even though we turned on the air conditioner, it didn't cool very much. Therefore, we had the window open, but we could hear voices outside and it was noisy.
Very Good

Amazing
PPengskyThe hotel room was very spacious. However, they assigned us a disabled-access room even though we hadn't requested a special room type. This meant the bathroom facilities were all quite low, which was a bit inconvenient. The service attitude was decent, but considering the price, it offered reasonable value for money. The breakfast was okay; nothing particularly special but clean. The overall environment and infrastructure were good, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
TTony55Reasonable hotel for the price good breakfast, problems were you had to leave the windows open otherwise the room got very stuffy and there was a damp smell, tried turning on the A/C,black pieces came spewing out of it so obviously needed serious servicing, the problem with the windows open was you had to suffer the noise from the traffic, having said all that the location for going sightseeing and the verity of places to eat and drink is excellent
GGuest UserI had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance to the city center, yet in a quiet area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague.
GGuest UserOn our wonderful 8-days-trip to Czech Republic we (couple, 50 years old, two children at age of 14/16) spent the last four days in Prague. When checking in at the hotel around 9 p.m. we noticed that we have got the wrong room (1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed instead of (explicitly booked and already paid) room with 1 king-size bed and a separate room with 2 single beds), so we informed the reception desk. The stuff was very friendly and although not being able to offer us the correct room for the first night already, we were able to switch room early next morning and got free breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was very good and rich (bread, bread rolls, toast, scrambled and boiled eggs, classical cold cuts, grilled vegetables and sausages, fruit, yogurt, cake, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, cereals, etc.). Therefore we decided to choose the breakfast option also on our final day before check-out. BTW, the area, where breakfast was served (until 11 a.m.), belongs to ”Fat Cat Burgers & Craft Beer”, which made a nice impression and was well-visited past noon.
The rooms and bath were clean and although the rooms and the inventory might need a little refreshment on the one hand, the old windows and carpet fit to the historic center, where the hotel is located on the other hand. The location itself was ideal for starting tours to the old town by foot and enjoying night life. Next tram stop was appr. a 7-minutes-walk away, next metro stop appr. 10 minutes away. The room with the king size bed contained a LED-TV and was orientated to pedestrian street, but although night life just happens a few feet away, the old windows (two windows in a row) filter much of the noise. The other room with the two single beds was very calm and located between the formerly mentioned room and the hallway. Its windows were orientated to hallway and could not be regularly opened, which made airing this room out a little bit difficult. Each apartment contains its own WLAN-router, which had to plug in on our own as noticed on arrival, but then we had perfect signal and fast internet access.
A tip for those arriving by car: You cannot reach the hotel by car, because it is located in a pedestrian zone consisting of many pubs and bistros with outdoor seating. Finding a parking slot nearby is not easy, due to most part of the surrounding streets are reserved for residential parking only and you either have to pay the parking slot by app (virtual parking ticket machine only) or choose a slot in more distant streets where you can also buy a ticket at a physical parking ticket machine. Therefore I dropped my wife and children as near as possible to the hotel (2-minutes-walk) and parked our car in one of the suburban P+R-areas - I chose ”P+R Skalka II” with contains a camera system and costs 50 CZK for the first 24hours and then 10 CZK per hour, which is (in June 2025), which is very cheap compared to parking your car in one of the central car parks).
Conclusion: A very nice place with friendly stuff and a good breakfast. If you do not mind walking a little bit with your luggage and if you like enjoying city/night life in Prague, this hotel is a very good option. I would always recommend this hotel for those who are a good walkers.
GGuest UserThe location was great, with easy access to major tourist spots!
The room was a little small, but the vintage interior was very comfortable.
There was only one negative point.
There was a fee for the security deposit box.
I was surprised as this was my first time experiencing this.
RrymahabibThe hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special.
We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more.
A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time.
We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.
LlalavelyI used it when I came from Prague Central Station, so I found a place to go on foot. I was a traveler alone, so I picked it up here while looking for a place that wasn't expensive. I knew, but I was assigned to the P building across the street, and it felt like a European building that was not in Korea. ㅎ I went through a door like a balcony and the big room was good. There was a bathroom separation, but even the bathtub !!!! good!!!! Unfortunately, it's not fluorescent lights, but lighting, there's no air conditioning, there's a fan. But I didn't get hot, so I had enough fans, but I thought it might be difficult in this heat of 38 degrees. Scrambled pound cake tomato sausage!!!! It's so delicious without any heterogeneity ❤️ The staff were kind and the best service was the best service. Thank you ~ The downside is that the outlet was uncomfortable ㅠㅠ I think it's a part to improve.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.
GGuest UserOur stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities.
We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in.
We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests.
The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here.
The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes.
There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too.
Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do.
The location of the hostel was fantastic. It was a short walk to major attractions in Prague like Charles Bridge an
Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
