I was truly impressed with the hotel and the spa area. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The sauna and swimming pool were also excellent. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied.

I was very satisfied. I will recommend it and book it again. Since I don't speak English, there were some initial communication difficulties at reception. I found that disappointing, since we are in Switzerland. One employee spoke good German and was very helpful.

GGuest User😃 A beautiful hotel with a good location. Great breakfast. Very pleasant and serviceable staff. We had a quiet and spacious room.
🙁 The jacuzzi whose water was not even tight; no TV channels in French. Only in German or Italy or English. A little harm for the French speakers! For a 4-star sad that no help to get the bags while there is a small stairs before you can take the lift to get us to our room.
